I went through the drive through here to get a medium pistachio signature latte and two donuts. The woman at the drive through was the absolute sweetest! Unfortunately by the time I drove out of the lot and got down the road I noticed the cup had a split down the side of it. In turn I lost about half the cup of coffee in my car and on my lap. I did manage to have a small tumbler in my car to save what I could. The small amount that I was able to drink was good! Just unfortunate I didn’t get to have the entirety of it 🙁

stopped here on a roadtrip, saw the wrong order on the screen and politely clarified we may be asking for a different item. the girl didn’t respond, so I repeated myself, earning a snapping response. paid $20 and ended up leaving with drinks with no flavor, and completely made wrong. definitely disappointed and confused as someone who works customer service myself. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time and money here.

My experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru was appalling. I specifically ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream, but the incompetent staff member got it horribly wrong and handed me a coffee instead. The level of carelessness and lack of attention to detail is staggering.
Given the importance of getting orders right, especially in a fast-food setting, this mistake is inexcusable. The fact that I was left with no choice but to drive back and exchange it or waste my time and money is ridiculous.
Needless to say, I will be warning friends and family about the subpar service at this location. Until they revamp their training and quality control, I’ll be avoiding this Dunkin’ Donuts at all costs.

Can’t get ANYTHING right !!! Sad . Then they’ll argue you up and down about them being wrong. This is why wadesboro will never have a Starbucks. Terrible customer service. Just terrible . I got fussed at because they messed up my breakfast sandwich. I mean if I say white cheese that’s what I mean !!! NEVER AGAIN. That cook that’s always here is the worst . He needs to find a new job if he’s going to have an attitude because he can’t understand how to make a damn sandwich. Do better management!!

We walked in and the staff this morning was all smiles. Restrooms were spotless. They even decorated the donuts so nicely. Ice coffee was made exactly how I like. They definitely made a lasting impression for our family.

It was good for the first year or two, but now it’s not. Very unsanitary behind the counter and the donuts are stale. For the modern day cost… I’ll just on driving by.

Went to get an iced coffee and this is what the lady at the counter handed me. Not only was she rude, she gave me iced milk instead of iced coffee. Do better.

We were driving from Lumberton, NC to Charlotte and needed to stop midway for coffee and a bio break. This DD is really new and was a very pleasant and clean experience. I think we’ll make this our go-to stop from now on. I was also intrigued by (but did not try) the cornbread donuts.
