I ordered ahead knowing it was going to be busy. Still ended up waiting 25 more minutes. And when I received my food. I barely got 1 portion of orange chicken when I ordered a plate…… I was hoping this store would be better than the other 2 locations, but I’m probably going back to the others.

Experienced Pandas new building. The parking was horrible at 1pm. I probably should have went through drive thru. Seating is pretty limited to hard benches. The food tasted great. Got the 3 entree plate with half noodles/half rice. My entrees were honey walnut shrimp, sweet fire chicken and beijing beef. A little disappointed in serving sizes though, I feel like I got more at the Tippecanoe mall location. The line was a little slow.

This is the first visit, at this location. Definitely a good visit. The Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef with rice are always my go to, for their selections. It’s always good and delicious. The Panda’s, outside the store, are a neat feature.

Today was our 1st time eating at Panda Express. I usually dont care for buffet style or “fast food” chinese but I was impressed. We both got bowls of the orange chicken. I got the noodles with mine and my husband got the rice with his. I tried the spring rolls and he tried the rangoons. They were all so fresh and very tasty!!!! Definitely a good atmosphere. The staff were all so kind and friendly with happy vibes!!

I ordered at 9 pm via the app. The restaurant doesn’t close until 10 pm. We got the alert that our order was ready within minutes, so went inside to pick it up. The order was not ready at all. They were closing up the make line, an hour before closing time… First, there was no white rice left, so I gladly substituted. Then they were out of an entree I ordered. When asked why they were breaking everything down an hour before, and nothing I ordered was available, I was told that it’s “cook to order after 9”
So why then did you not “cook to order” what I ordered and paid for? Extremely unprofessional and rude. I drove 30 min specifically for Panda, and got second rate treatment and what I ordered and paid for was not available strictly due to laziness. I will not visit this location again. Whoever the manager on duty the evening of 12/19 closing shift, should be trained better, and provide better service to paying customers.
