Tasty little treat to end the day. Wife got a soft-surf swirl cone. Very tasty, soft serve ice cream. Plenty of ice cream for the amount she paid. I got a banana boat and swapped out my cherry topping for strawberry. This is very similar to a banana split only with soft serve.

Life-long customer, will never return after rude and disrespectful treatment. I decided to stop in for ice-cream while on a walk with my dog, a professionally trained support animal welcomed in various mental health facilities for the aid of those plagued with trauma and anxiety disorders. Before entering I made certain that there were no signs prohibiting dogs, there were none. I suspected no issues since I have never been to an ice-cream establishment that doesn’t permit dogs so I decided to go in after a moment to allow a few young children to pet my dog. I am always very sure to respect the rules of any establishment and assumed if there was an issue with my well behaved dog, who stood beside my hip, being present that I would be told in a respectful manner; however, what I received was instead a young male worker shouting at me in a condescending tone “No dogs allowed so you with the dog, leave!” I then left without a word as to not escalate this boy’s unwarranted aggression. I am willing to forgive a rule that is not welcoming to those walking their pets but the way in which I was scolded was shameful and I have never seen a greater lack of professionalism in all my life. I once had fond memories of this place as a child but after this recent display I could never support a place that treats their customers so poorly.

I’m not the best person to rate them, as I’m lactose intolerant, but they do have food I can eat, drinks (including really good slushes), and usually a couple of options for me in soft serve. The lobby is the typical roadside ice cream shop dining room, with plenty of natural light. It’s in a nice neighborhood, in the quaint city of Waterville, Ohio, right on the Maumee River. Some friends of mine have had the regular ice cream and say it’s really good, so I trust their opinions. I’ve had some of their sandiches and fries, and have no complaints. Definately worth going to if you are in the area, or travelling through on the highway.

First time visiting this ice cream shop even though I have driven by it hundreds of times in my life. It was awesome. Very clean, has a slight nostalgic old ice cream parlor vibe inside. The two employees were very nice and helped me with choosing since I was new there. The ice cream was delicious, very smooth and creamy. I will definitely have to stop by more often when passing by.

Good place to get ice cream! Nice little family owned business. Staff are friendly but sometimes they seem like they are in a grumpy mood but other than that really good place to get ice cream treats! They also have alot of great signage artwork that will catch your eye inside and will make your mouth water for the dessert
