My kids are very picky for Chinese food! We’re from NJ so we’re used to a certain taste! This place by far has won us over. Delicious food! Excuse the pics the kids tasted the food and dug in immediately lol! Plus extra sauces were included and we loved it! 5 stars for us!

This is BY FAR the BEST Chinese food in Springfield! Always fresh, delicious, not greasy, great portions, and fairly priced! Ordered food last night online for delivery. According to their website food would take 55 minutes to arrive to my surprise food arrived technically in 25 minutes but…………Worse food ever!!!!
Food looked old. Overcooked. Not even hot. Seemed that the microwave it. Disgusting!! I couldn’t even eat it I tossed it in the trash. Thank you Jack Cheng for stole me 25 dollars.
By the way, I took my time to read bunch of reviews about other people having the same issue with the food not being fresh at this point…Shut down your business and stop stealing people. People work hard for their money in this country

Jack Chen has been hit or miss for us over the years. We ordered delivery last night and they forgot my daughters rice. I called right away and they said the person who handles online orders will call me back. No one ever followed up or resolved the issue. All the food was super disappointing- general tso’s chicken was hard and over cooked…beef sticks dry and weird aftertaste, chicken fingers mushy. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Don’t know what happened here order after order (it’s only a cpl times a yr treat) the quality has declined to where tonight will be the last. Crab Rangoon is now deep fried cream cheese pockets, note the pic of the ? pork? Fried rice (rice, a sprout and maybe 3 tiny bits of pork if it’s even that, too small to even tell) served to me upright sideways in a 6pack size bag. Styrofoam clamshell doesn’t do well stored vertical in a paper bag!!

Called in order over phone, told me it would take 10 minutes. When I got there it hadn’t been done and I was told it would take about another hour. Called back again 30 minutes later just to verify, and was told the order was ready for pickup. I got there and it still was not done; was in a pile of other orders that had not been touched yet. Absolutely horrendous service and will not go there ever again!!!

Food is just ok but service is terrible. They charge you for packets of duck sauce and forget food when delivering and made us wait another 45 minutes to get white rice. Not ordering from here again! Get it together people!!!

I ordered today father’s day 2024 i ordered over the phone (4) chicken wings and shrimp fried rice extra shrimp she said $26 i must order $20 so i adddd (2) egg rolls and soda i get this disgusting chicken and one egg roll had to get lyff to get my refund she did not wanna give me a full refund she said she had to pay driver i was like you should give me my refund i caught a lyff for $6 never will i order here they gave me three old wings i ordered at noon when they first opened this is garbage!
