Why the 4 you ask? Only because they charged me $5 to sub the bread and tater tots with Romaine lettuce and a little ceasar dressing. They did not advise at order time. I think it should’ve been an even swap. Otherwise, the server was awesome and the food was excellent. They menu is extensive. Yes, this is a southern, comfort food breakfast and brunch; however, they might want to add a few healthy options or substitutes. I recommend this place on food and staff merits. The clientele was also friendly and conversational.

A cute local brunch spot! We came around 11:00 and sat down right away. The food came out quick and everything was delicious. Our server was very friendly and the music added a nice atmosphere.

Chicken and waffle were good. Shrimp and grits were not good at all. The grits were watery. Sent that back to get another chicken and waffle. I had the bacon maple glazed donut holes. They were pretty good. I also had the Sunrise lemonade and my son had the sweet tea. The tea was a little too sweet but not bad. Portion size was okay I guess. Service was decent. It was just an okay experience. I would only go back for the waffles honestly.,

Service was slow, but staff was kind.
Food was just ok. Not much on the flavor side. One of the orders was cold.
Coffee was decent.
Music was on, but oddly so was Pokémon.

A hidden gem in a bustling area, Rooster offered incredible food and very welcoming atmosphere. The Kaylani omelette was one of the best I’ve had in a very long while!! Highly recommend.

We came in an hour before they closed and had a great experience, the food was amazing and the staff friendly! We got the breakfast tower and it was delicious and filling! Great quality, temperatures, portions and presentation. Our waitress was very warm and attentive. Would recommend! Also there was no wait so that was nice too! Great variety for all ages to choose from. Would recommend!

Its hard for me to give 5 stars on a first visit – 4 2/3rds isn’t bad. With that said, it definitely warrants a second visit to see. The food was great, strawberry butter – yum, service was excellent and the price was right.
It won’t be long. Thanks

What did I just attempt to eat? That was the most disappointing brunch I’ve had in a long time.

There’s not a host and no sign telling customers to seat yourself.

Our server was cool.

The food……. I couldn’t believe that we wasted money. First, the sodas are canned and not out of a fountain so no refills. The French toast taste like that they premade it in the morning but heated up on a pan after a customer ordered. The tator tots were oily. My omelette was browned. I’ve also never been served maple syrup in a dirty pitcher.

Atmosphere: cracked TV screens, random TV shows playing on the other screen, music was a nice level. The overall lighting felt dark for a brunch spot, it’s giving a dark and moody vibe that I want to say is due to the black ceiling.

I was so excited to try a new restaurant but I wish we would’ve left before ordering. It’s not worth the wait or money.
