Having the Christmas eve dinner with my daughter. For the occasion and price, did they forget the table cloth?!? Let’s see what the food is like… Food was ok. Steak… NY Strip apparently, but huge fat portions, which is unusual for NY Strip and they were tougher than the NY Strips I’ve had in the past. Just my experience. Me and my daughter’s review: we much prefer BJ’s Brewhouse ribeye steak over this one. Great experience for me to not do this ever again.

We had dinner at the resort restaurant for the second time and were lucky enough to be cared for by Cade again. From the moment he greeted us, it was clear that he truly saw us — he remembered my food allergy, my preferred wine, and made thoughtful pairing recommendations with a quiet confidence that immediately put us at ease.
What stood out most, though, was Cade’s genuine kindness. When my husband mentioned he wasn’t feeling well, Cade responded with such natural care — offering to box our food and bringing chamomile tea with honey to go, without hesitation or prompting. It felt deeply respectful, unforced, and sincerely human.
This wasn’t just excellent service; it was hospitality in the truest sense. Cade made us feel cared for as people, not just guests, and that made a lasting impression on us. Please recognize him — he is truly exceptional.

I was excited to try this restaurant as I travel to Spain frequently and love paella. The Spanish influence was the reason why we stayed at this property. Patatas bravas and the pimientos de Padrón were absolutely fantastic. Then, we had the vegetable paella, which resembled a deconstructed ratatouille. Not trying to judge a dish by its appearance, we embarked on tasting what is the worst paella I have ever eaten. The rice did not taste or look like Valencia rice. The sauce had a heavy tomato taste. I am not sure why people rave about the paella here. I am genuinely confused about that. Jonathan was our server, and he was top-notch. He was kind and provided amazing service. I would dine here again, but I will order a different main dish.

We had an incredible anniversary dinner at Prado! The patio is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a special night out. Our server, Cade, was outstanding, warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely thoughtful in explaining the menu. He made us feel so well cared for and went out of his way to accommodate our preferences.
As someone who appreciates creative plant-based dining, I was so impressed by the vegan entrée options. You can tell a lot of care and intention went into crafting them, and they weren’t an afterthought like at so many fine dining spots. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Prada was excellent at all levels. A very romantic atmosphere complete with a wonderfully talented Spanish guitar player. We had the Caesar salad with anchovies to start. The anchovies were perfection! I had the scallops, my husband had the short ribs as recommended by our server and both dishes made us swoon with each bite. The whole dining experience was beyond compare. A true 5- star experience!!!

Adam the bartender was awful. He stared at us when I sat down (instead of saying hi?) and I had to ask him what the problem was before he brought us menus, etc. Then when I asked for two different wine samples (so we could order a bottle) he wouldn’t tell me what they were and “made me guess”, which when I did correctly he didn’t pay much attention to us the rest of the night. My husband and I had wanted to both order a paella however he was so unpleasant we left after our appetizers. He pet a dog without washing his hands for another couple inside the bar (they were very nice-not their fault). We had to ask for water, bread, and literally anything. The kind female bartender was the only that brought us water and we made sure to tip her despite her not being our server because was obviously trying and very nice. We have been here before and the food is good but Adam made it an awful date night. 1/10

The restaurant is very beautiful with private booths and dining tables. It is decorated with beautiful paintings. The staffs were very friendly with kind hospitality.
I went there for the restaurant week. Some dishes were hit and miss.
The dish that I like the most was Valencia paella (not on the restaurant week menu).
Striped bass base was seasoned very deliciously. However, the striped bass (both in the main dish and the paella has unpleasant smell.
Gazpacho was a clear soup. I believe the chef wanted to make it refreshing to complement with cucumber and watermelon. It was interesting, but not my preference.
The calamari battered fell off from the calamari and a bit oily, which was not my preference. I also preferred it to come with lemon as well because the sauce was very creamy.

Firstly, this place smells amazing. As soon as you walk in you can smell the wood smoke. We both got the wood-fired prime filet and it was easily the best steak I’ve had in my life. Very tender and smoky, and the shallot reduction was so tasty. There was a sweet and salty bread to start with that was also good. I would definitely eat here again.

A stunning location! The Montelucia is architecturally beautiful with Camelback Mountain as a backdrop. Prado is so tastefully decorated and designed. A romantic spot for sure. It was very quiet which I assume is due to it being off season. The food at Prado is terrific. We were a table of 4 and started with your typical Cheese Plate, kindve tasteless Patatas Bravas which consisted of potato rounds and chorizo, and the delicious Croquettes De Jamon y Pollo. We also had delicious spicy brussel sprouts and meatball tapas. 2 of us had large plates, one Short Ribs which were perfectly satisfying. The Paella Valencia was loaded with chicken, clams, prawns, chorizo and veggies. Our Tartar De Santiago almond cake was delish and shared by all. Ric, our waiter, was terrific. He brought 3 wine tastings to choose from of which we had 2 bottles of Cab. All in all, my company was terrific and the restaurant was great however, very expensive. I’m at the point in my life that I don’t need to spend $500 for a meal. My preference these days are the local, plentiful cultural joints. But if you’re looking for ambience, romance, a 5 star delish meal with great service, Prado is it.
