Believe it or not, it was my first time ever going to a Chick-fil-A. My friends told me that their grill chicken salad was the best they ever had. It was a real selling point for me as I am gluten intolerant. At the last minute, all 3 of us chose the South west spicy salad. The salad was delightfully crisp, the chicken was delicious, but the avocado dressing really made it super yummy. The lemonade, to my surprise, really tasted like lemonade. The staff was very polite and called me Miss Carol when she handed me my dinner. I have lived in Vermont many, many years and I just love this southern friendly way of greeting people. The restaurant was very clean as well as the women’s bathroom. We had a wonderful time reminiscing about the play we had just seen, over our delicious dinner. As we were leaving, the manager was leaving also. We told him how much we enjoyed the food and he was very friendly and said he was glad we came. He invited us to come again.

Got here at noon and there were a ton of students but the staff was killing it… about a five minute wait. And everything was cooked perfectly and they added some extra sauces and ketchup. Good thing because the Gubhub kiosk crashed after telling us there were too many condiments on the order. Three blew its mind lol The staff must know this is an issue or something. Kudos!

I am visiting U Tenn for a conference. I was told to use the Grubhub interface to order. Grubhub needed a verification code. The internet sucked so I couldn’t order, but they still ran my CC. Do not eat here.

I placed an order for the cfa in student union via kiosk. I received my text at 10am that my order was placed. However, after waiting for 20 minutes I asked if my order was almost complete. The employee ensured me it would be ready soon. After I waited for half an hour I decided to ask for a refund. It’s absurd to wait half an hour for fast food. I still have not received my refund. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would.

It’s got great tasting food, the only drawback is you better have time to spare if going here to eat. The college kids are pretty much always lined up out the door waiting to place their order and pickup their orders. Some of the employees are real nice about handing out the food while others are very rude.
