I went n got 2 subs and a salad bowl for my wife and I. When I got home with the food one sub had no lettuce the other sub had no veggies or sauce whatsoever and to top it all off the veggie bowl did not have lettuce or spinach and the veggies and meat were not cut up like they were supposed to be. Ive worked at subways before and will be reporting this to HR as it seem the employee working tonight is not only careless but also seemed to be in a rush for nothing at all.I was the only customer in the store and no he didnot have any other online orders. As soon as I left i noticed hed went to the back room and it sounded as if he was playing on his phone. Saturday november 8th 4:45pm

Ordered a roast beef sub and they did not put anything but the meat and cheese on it. They did not put any of the veggies when I asked for lettuce, pickle, onion and cukes and no mayo oil or vinegar. What a rip off! Never going to Subway again!

Put in a mobile order from the gym next door, walked in the door, was told no, and was ignored for 20 minutes. They still took my money but ignored me until I had to leave to get to work on time. Horrible service, horrible treatment. Can’t even get a refund for food I didn’t get but got charged for. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered online at 9pm. They are open until 10pm. I get there at 9:10 and not only are they closed but they also charged my card and said completed in the app. Complete rip off artists instead of sandwich artists. I will remove this review when and if they refund me but I’ll never return to this location either way. I took these pictures from the window. Obviously they were hanging out in the back or they walked out.

Stayed in line while 1 person was working on sandwiches, 1 lady said something after 5 mins of waiting then leaves for the day. It was me and 1 more person was there. No service was given. At least communicate that they are doing sandwiches for an order. Idk why people lack basic communication skills. I was on my lunch I waited 15 mins for service and got none. Then others came in after me. If someone communicated with me I would’ve left but at least I wouldnt have wasted my time on bad customer service.

If I could give it zero stars I would n this is a first with subway in this area … so I ordered online jus so I wouldn’t have to stand in line today, 2 sandwiches 1 roast beef one tuna … n use the bogo number to get half off one sandwich.. I go to pay n it’s $35 after the put the promo number in I think nothing of it but after I pay I notice it’s 3 sandwiches instead of 2 …. I call the store about but they say there’s nothing we can do u ordered online so I didn’t make a big deal out of it but I call back n ask could they make 2 tunas instead cuz all the sandwiches were the same price 12.69 but she says they are already made I send my husband to pick them up n give the third sandwich to my mom she opens up the sandwich no meat at all!!! More veggies stuff the roast beef sandwiches than meat so I open the tuna I specifically ordered extra olives … there is only one olive on my sandwich literally 1 olive lol … so I got to get it remade same exact women there a Hispanic lady n a heavy set black lady … so I walk in greet them n head immediately to where they keep the olives n pickles… they have plenty… plenty of everything actually so I let them kno about the one olive the heavy set black lady laughed n the Hispanic lady jus looked confused … honestly I felt like my food had been played over so they offered to remake them n I even said please no attitude.. they remade them totally different as I was standing there more meat on roast beef n more olives on the tuna… jus becuz someone orders online don’t give you the right to make people food any kinda of way … its not hard to make a sandwich

The man working in the store at this exact moment Friday afternoon at 5 o’clock needs to be fired. The way he talks to the customers is absolutely disgusting and he is filthy. Got ripped off tonight. Ordered a sandwich online, got a receipt for the sandwich that I ordered online from this store, went to go pick it up they had no idea where it was, so I lost a sandwich and my dinner while this girl stood there and looked at me like I had a third eye. I had the receipt in my hand. Don’t ever order from the store they have no idea what they’re doing
