What is going on with the customer service at the Elida Rd. location? Pat’s had always been a Lima staple, I highly doubt it will continue with this type of service. I had been living states away for five years, recently being back to Lima, I’ve given this location several tries. The poor customer service is consistent. I placed an order at 5p. The gal taking my order told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I am at the window to pick my order up at 5:20. I’m finally greeted several minutes later, and then told my order wasn’t ready yet, that I needed to pull up and they’d run it out. At 5:40 I had to pull around in line again because it still wasn’t out. The two employees had enough time to be standing in front of the store talking to some gal that was visiting in the dining area but not enough time to run my order out like they had promised. I was the only customer there. I pulled around to the window and he ran to grab my order. Arriving home, I opened the box to a burnt pizza. Shameful a staple is being ruined by unacceptable customer service. Your Elida Rd. location needs an evaluation I’d say. I unfortunately am done with the business after several attempts this year at this location.

We visited from Miami, I was there to see my girls, and they told me they have the best Ice cream in town!
No kidding, we fell in love with their flavors, the size of this ice cream was unbelievable! And the price I taught it was wrong paying. Keep it up Pats Donuts & Creme! You guys are the best of the best!

Just waited 22 minutes in the drive thru for one donut. One person in front of me, one person inside, SIX employees. I have never in all my years seen such blatant disrespect for in-person customers. Saw them eating pizza and walking around while they acted like no one existed then claimed they had lots of door dash orders after I asked why the wait was so long. No apologies or regard for customers. I’ve worked in food service and I couldn’t imagine treating another person like this much less a paying customer. All younger kids so not surprised. Shameful that my favorite donut shop has left such a bad taste in my mouth and not from the donuts.

This was my first time here and what a cute place! I never knew it existed, I am from Florida and we stopped by and it was a cute experience! Great service and very friendly people! Good doughnuts and hot cocoa!
What I loved the most is the wholesome part that they believe in what I believe and are giving the glory to God! I got to take a photo of the add that said God is good! That is something I always say, I was like Omg! God is good all the time and got a bible too! This to me is commendable of them because not many people praise God through their business and I said to myself, one day when I open something.. I will do the same !

General manager of this business needs to look at their 25% discount for an online order promotional LIE! As I tried to obtain the discount, I was told that it’s a 25% savings if you don’t doordash and pick it up yourself. That’s not with the coupon says! The general manager really needs to look at themselves and think about their intelligence when they put out a false discount advertisement that way!

Crazy good glaze donuts, honestly some of the best if not one of the best I’ve had and I got there late in the day so they obviously weren’t fresh off the press type deal but the butterness to the bread is amazing gotta say

Very rude! Pulled around to go to the drive through we weren’t sure if the inside was open or not. There was a worker outside so I stopped to ask if the inside was open the employee was very nasty and told us he couldn’t hear us because he had headphones in and then we asked again and he continued to still tell us he had headphones then laughed out loud and walked in just very rude. Went to the inside and wanted to let someone know how rude he was and the lady in the back said he’s not in customer service. Like it mattered, I wouldn’t want someone in the back making my food rude like that so I took my business elsewhere where this is crazy.

Placed a order for 2 large pizza and 2 med pizza and donuts at 9:30 am this morning for a group of us at work was told the pickup would be 30 minutes. Sent someone to get food at 10 and food was not ready upon arrival they waited another 35 minutes until the food was finally done .when I received the pizza I open the box and 1 med pizza was over cooked after attempting to eat pizza still it was so unbearable because of the scorched taste that at that point I called and complained. Was informed that a replacement pizza would be ready for me to pickup at 3pm and to bring uneaten pizza with me .so I brought the pizza back and expecting to pickup the replacement pizza .they said they didn’t know anything about my replacement and had to call the manager. They spoke with the manager and the manager told the they don’t make replacement pizza until the other is returned and that is company policy. Company policy is ok when it comes to the customer needing to follow them but what about quality of the company product what is the policy on that? There is no way this pizza should have been boxed up and served unless a customer requested burnt cheese which i did not ! How is it remotely ok for a company to have a policy with a unsatisfied customer but its ok for them to serve just anything to us wanted me to wait on the replacement as if pats hasn’t taken up enough time out my day
