Gone way downhill. Ditched Coke for Pepsi, got rid of malt vinegar both lame. Lately they start cleaning at 8:15 when they close at 9. They turn trash cans around, dont refill ketchup and will mop right around. Today I asked for peporcinis ( they’ve been putting the peppers away super early but usually will bring them out of the fridge thats right under them) today the girl just looked at me, smiled and said “im sorry we put them away”. Too lazy to grab a container you put away over 30 minutes early and let me take a few peppers. Would take all of 20 seconds. I know its a fast food joint but in any place ive ever worked that wouldn’t fly. Also if you are going to clean 30 to 45 minutes early maybe start with the tables. Last 5 or 6 times we were there we had to ask for a rag to wipe our own table as everyone was occupied or covered with food. Do better.

Nice spot with great service. Prefer this one over the one on northlake because it has more space and seating (inside and outside). Great deals on the app or on-site. In all honesty, good atmosphere and great value/quality for the money.
