Recently on the afternoon of 3/726 I visited Firehouse Subs for the 1st time and it was a great experience. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The employees were friendly and showed they cared about the business. The two male employees were making the subs and a female employee was restocking the shelf with bags of chips. Then she cleaned the bathrooms. I ordered the Firehouse Steak & Cheese sub:
Sautéed steak, melted provolone, sautéed onions and bell peppers, mayo, and deli mustard. It was delicious. I also had a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos with a soda. Highly recommend.

I want to thank Cierra for going above and beyond. I had knee surgery and she was so kind to ask immediately if i need help getting my food and drink. She even walk all the way to the car with me. It might not sound as much but is the first place i have visit since surgery and the fact that she care and ensure i got a great service goes above and beyond to me. I came in to order a tuna fish melt for my wife. With my wife on FaceTime. She told the cashier exactly how she wanted it made. Once we arrived home my wife opened the container and the sub was plain with tuna fish. Not toasted. None of the condiments we requested. So she called down and someone told her they’d replace it. Megan the manager was her name. Once I arrived back to the location they said they couldn’t replace it without a receipt. I never had the receipt and I paid I cash and the cashier clearly remembered me and told her that. She insisted she couldn’t do anything without a receipt. To make a mistake and stand on it is a different kind of disrespect. I do not recommend this place at all it was my first and last time visiting. Go next door to Zaxbys. The customer service is better.

Do not use the online ordering app. We order from here frequently and they always screw up the drink order. Most of the time, they don’t send any drinks. They even got creative once and sent one 20 Oz soda with 3 empty cups. I notify the order assistant every time. Usually they just refund the money. Not today, they said because I had a refund LAST MONTH, they can’t process my request. The drinks come with the meal. So is it unreasonable to expect one drink per meal? I don’t think it’s that hard. The only time we get ANY drinks is when the delivery drivers read my note I now have to post to them. Bad policy, bad customer service. I have a great experience when we go in person though. Also, on the app you won’t receive a free kids meal on Sundays no matter what you order.

If you could take “pinch every penny” and put it in a sub, and pour a little “skimpy” sauce on it, you’d have this Firehouse.
I’ve been going to Firehouse Subs for over 15 years and this location is the worst.
Their prices are higher than others in the area. They nickle-and-dime you at every turn. They talk repeatedly over your food while making it. And to add insult to injury they have the nerve to charge 50 cents for the little sauce cups for their celebrated sauce bar.
More customer focus (and less focus on profit over people) is badly needed.

The food was amazing . Nice and soft bread even tho it’s toasted. The best sub sandwiches my husband and I have in a long time lol. The employees were very nice and pleasant.
