Grabbed a bite at Burger King the other day and it turned out pretty good. My sandwich was hot, toppings fresh, and the fries had a nice crunch to them. Staff got me in and out quick, which I appreciate when I’m on the road. Nothing fancy, just fast food that fills you up and keeps you moving.

I was ignored for 10 minutes, while drive thru was answered and orders taken. I wasn’t even greeted and told someone would take my order shortly. Noo acknowledgement I was standing at counter. Safe bet to say customer inside ar not wanted or respected. I left.

They will take forever coming on the intercom to take the order. Service is slow. Always have to pull up & wait over 10 minutes for the food. When they do decide to bring out the order the fries are cold & the order is wrong.

They did not give me the food I ordered, missing 1/2 my order, in the drive through. When I went in they gave me a very hard time about correcting their issue be cause they did not give me a receipt…. def will not be going back there.

This store has great service and friendly employees. The manager is very good at what he does. He takes time and puts focus on his customers and their needs. There food is always good and fresh. The lobby and store is always clean and they get very busy. This store has come a long way from where it has been to where he has gotten it now. This is 5 star service for sure. It’s a very old Burger King that needs a refresh. I was able to get a Whopper and they didn’t ruin it. It was made well. The french fries were good.

Extremely slow. The fries were fresh but the burger had clearly been sitting there under a heat lamp for quite some time. Employees were not welcoming or polite at all.

Customer service super excellent I hadn’t eaten at Burger King in about a year, because of a bad experience I encountered at the last restaurant I went to. The food was awful. So on my way home I had a tastes for a Whopper meal. My meal was delicious Tried the jalapeño bites and they did not disappoint. Also had the 2 chocolate chip cookies that ended my meal right. I’ve been sleeping on this Burger King, because it was back in the cut. I will be back, when that craving hit. Thanks to the workers who trated me like I was important.
