Ordered 4 pizzas in all including 2 chicken and Alfredo and 1 pepperoni. Got a call saying they only have enough chicken for one of them so I agreed to take one more pepperoni. I picked them up and got home and had zero chicken Alfredo and 3 god damn pepperoni pizzas when I only wanted 1 and begrudgingly accepted 2 because of management there being incompetent and not keeping their store supplied. Made a complaint online but of course they didn’t make it right.

Ordered from this papa johns, and of course they seem to never have drivers and go through DoorDash. You wouldn’t think it would be a problem, but my pizza was delivered and because I didn’t go outside in 2 seconds, the dd driver stole it back. Nevertheless, if you have an issue with order at all and you think you are supposed to contact DD, they just give you the run around, the store says it’s through DoorDash now so they can’t see anything. DoorDash came back on the line after letting them know the issue and stated that Papa John’s will have order refunded, never seen that credit back on my card. The order just gets lost and nobody can give you a straight answer. Restaurant just makes it a DoorDash issue and vice versa. Even though there’s an order # from store, they’ll say just call DD since they are doing the delivery. Doesn’t matter if you order direct on Papa John’s.

The Shawnee Dr. location in Kansas City, KS, is the worst! Nearly three-fourths of the dough was undercooked, and the cheese and vegetables were sparse and unevenly distributed. In short, you will eat uncoocked bread.

I ordered the new garlic epic stuffed crust pizza and they gave me a regular pepperoni. I wasn’t going to give them a bad review or anything. Like a coupon off my next purchase wouldve been great. However, when I called the manager they acted like I was lying then acted like I wanted to come get a new one right away. Super weird and rude. Maybe just try to treat your customers more reasonably? Might go a long way. I guess I will do pizza hut next time.

This is the second time I go in to do a carry out, I did my order online come all good when I show up one of my orders wasn’t there so they took it off my order instead of calling asking if I wanted something else to replace it. And what kind of store doesn’t have changed back when you pay cash you don’t accept 50$ and up and don’t have changed back you might as well just say only accept debit/credit card

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order with Papa John’s and after waiting way too long, I called to check on it. Daniel first tells me my order is being remade, then out of nowhere says someone took my order? What does that even mean?
Fast forward TWO HOURS — still no food, no update. We call again and this time speak to William, who casually tells us he never made the order at all because he just “figured we wanted it canceled.” Really? No one called to ask or confirm anything. You just assumed?
Completely unprofessional and disorganized. I won’t be spending another dollar here. Papa John’s just lost a customer for good.
