This is what they call chicken Alfredo dinner. Literally butter and noodles and chicken, that’s it. Anytime you ask for extra sauce, they don’t have it. Obviously they don’t have it cause they made me pay for buttered noodles. We order here often and there has been less than a handful of times it be good. Service was good but really mad we paid 50 dollars for 2 dinners that aren’t what we were expecting.

Cute little shop. Terrible over priced food. Staff was nice enough I guess. Got a large pep pizza, 10 bone in wings, fried cauliflower, ham and cheese sub, 5 ranch, and 1 blue cheese and the order was $70 which is WILD. Went in when our order was supposed to be ready, was told 5 minutes- waited 25 (to the point my family called to ask if everything was okay- wish I was exaggerating). Pizza was comparable to school lunch and had a thick layer of grease covering the entire top, barely any sauce, and the bottom of the pizza was stained black from unwashed pans (I’ve worked several years in pizza). Bone in wings were breaded and baked (had it been advertised that way we wouldn’t have even ordered them). Celery was brown and completely dried out. Ham and cheese sub was good (via my 7 year old) and fried cauliflower was awesome. They also forgot every single one of our sauces (6!) to which I had to send my husband back to the shop to retrieve them and not made in house like it looks on the website. Fried cauliflower was the only thing that was hot and we live 5 minutes away… Not to mention they “offer delivery” but don’t actually deliver??? We ended up just throwing majority of it away and eating peanut butter and jelly instead. That being said- wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered a large sausage, mushroom, onion half with smoked ham/pepperoni… extra sauce.
Crust flat and tasted pre-made with a bit of freezer aftertaste., sauce (no extra) bland, no herbs or a hint of flavor.
The ham that I did taste reminded me of sliced costco ham… nothing smoked about it.
Canned mushrooms because according to the women I spoke with there are no fresh mushrooms here.
Pizza crust stuck to the white rounded cardboard on half the few pieces I tried to pick up.
Honestly, I took a bite and put the rest of the slice back.
Called FSE and asked for my money back as I explained my issues and also said this pizza is not good. And I was given explanations on mushrooms, crust and whatever else.
I then said again I would like my money back and please send the driver to pick up their pizza and return my $ and was asked put on hold.
I could go on, but honestly, it’s not worth it.
Hard pass.
Follow up to refund.
They will not refund money on the advice of the owner. … women who answered said to call owner to discuss when I would already be out of town. I explained that I’m a long haul driver and she said they “stand by their product” and to call tommorow.
Looking at the photos. Can someone explain how I’m supposed to eat this? Do I use a spatula? A butter knife to unstick the crust from the cardboard…
“Here you are sir. Your pizza with cardboard stuck to the crust. Just the way you DIDN’T ASK”.

Literally the best buffalo chicken salad and fried cauliflower. I’ve ordered from many other places and nothing compares to a small town pizza shop.

Ordered a medium pizza and an extra ham and cheese sub. The pizza was good but there was zero cheese on my ham and cheese sub which was super disappointing for the hour wait for delivery.

They’ve gone down hill over the years. The last time we ordered from here we ordered subs, was told 15 mins which was perfect timing for me to get off work and get there and pick it up while it was still warm. I got there in 17 mins and they hadn’t even started on it yet. I had to sit and wait every bit of 20 mins for them to make 2 mediocre subs. There wasn’t anyone in the dinning room and no one came in to pick up an order while I was waiting so I’m not sure what the hold up was. The girl who was answering the phone and taking orders was amazing and super friendly. She spent the whole time chatting with me, which stopped me from walking out when my food wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be but I haven’t gone back and won’t.

Sometimes small towns have a what I call a “Hole in the Wall” restaurant, where you leave very surprisingly satisfied. Bambinos Pizza is not that place. I have driven by for 2 years, anticipating the day that I could stop by for my initial experience. Today was that day, and the experience was poor and not at all what I had imagined. I saw a red flag, just ordering online, but I ignored it. 30 mins for a sub on a Thursday afternoon, in West Jeff??? The place was empty and kinda dreary, Onio Rings, as well as the Italian Sub, were horrible. Onion rings had no onion, were very small and cooked in maybe old oil. Large chunks of raw onion on the sub, which was already soggy when I picked it up. Very bad first/last opinion of this “Hole in the Wall” in West Jefferson, OH.
