I went through the drive through like 10 minutes ago; i asked for arbys sauce with my meal, and they asked how many packets i would like. I said “like 2 or 3 please” and when the worker walked away i thought to myself that i shouldve asked for 4 cuz 3 isnt gonna cut it. I get home and there are 4 in my bag! I know this sounds like a joke but this legit improved my day. Im adding a photo of the sauces. Im sorry Ms.Worker i didnt catch your name but you had pink nail polish and you are a hero. You were also very nice taking my order but the sauce maters much more to my big back.

If I could give a 0 I would ordered $27 of food didn’t get my potato cakes with the combo I paid for called the store the girl was extremely rude said we only have 2 employees I’m not gonna waste time on you over some missing potato cakes. I ordered online and it was ready by the time I got there (3 minutes) which is the only reason I’m giving them any stars at all. The sandwich and turnover were good but the fries were very obviously old. They were cold and hard. Not the biggest deal because I can warm them up, even though I shouldn’t have to. What bothered me is I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. All I wanted was a couple packets of sauce to go. Multiple employees looked at me and just walked right past me. After a few minutes I said “excuse me” to an employee that was literally right in front of the counter and she proceeded to pretend like she didn’t hear me and walk away. At that point I just took my food and left because it was clear I was gonna get no service.

I went through the drive thru to get my order. When I got home (less than 5 minutes away) my potato cakes & my fish sandwich were cold. They weren’t even slightly warm. Pretty sad when you spend over $30 & get cold food. Guess if I go back I’ll have to go inside & request fresh made food.

Our fries were cold when we got our food. They were kind enough to give us fresh French fries. Other than that it was a good visit. Crew was very nice.

This Arby’s is usually pretty good, they’re just a little slow. I’ve never had them mess up an order and the food is usually good, although sometimes just luke warm, Rather than hot and fresh. Overall a good one, just needs to work on their speed.

Milkshake was made incorrectly. Asked for mocha and received vanilla. Staff was willing to help. Ended up receiving another vanilla milkshake. Overall the food is good. Staff frequently make mistakes though.
