I had a wonderful dinner at Bold Thai Bar in Capitol Mall. The food was absolutely delicious — I especially loved the spicy fish, kailan, and chicken. The flavors were bold, authentic, and very satisfying.
A special thank you to the lovely lady boss, Ms. Jessie Ho. She is very friendly and welcoming, and her beautiful smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

It’s my first time visiting Bold Thai, and I had a wonderful dinner date here. I can’t recommend this place enough! Every dish we ordered was deliciously cooked to perfection and packed with authentic Thai flavours. My personal favourites were the lime squid, yellow curry crab meat spaghetti, garlicky chicken and coconut brownie.
The ambiance was cozy, vibrant, and inviting. The staff service was exceptional from start to finish. The owners were warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made my whole experience feel even more special.
It’s rare to find a place where the food, service, people and atmosphere all align so perfectly. If you’re looking for truly delicious Thai cuisine made with love and care, this is the spot!
I’ll definitely be coming back soon to try the other dishes — and bringing my friends and family with me next time.

Visited Bold Thai yesterday to have my early dinner and I enjoyed the overall experience ! Shoutout to the lady staff who enthusiastically recommended me to try the pad Thai prawn noodles when I asked about her recommendations ! 😀 The staffs were really friendly and helpful! I’ve walked past this Thai restaurant many times but finally decided to give it a try—and I’m glad I did.
We ordered the Yum Woon Sen, “Wan ‘Maw’ Egg”, Thai National Broth (Creamy Tom Yum with prawns), and two desserts. Overall, the food was of great quality. I was particularly impressed by the “Wan ‘Maw’ Egg”—a stir-fried fish maw and egg dish that was light, refreshing, and quite unique. It’s not a dish I commonly see on Thai menus.
The Yum Woon Sen salad, made with glass noodles and prawns, had a perfect balance of tangy, sweet, and mildly spicy flavors—very refreshing.
Special mention goes to one of the male staff who took the time to explain the different spice levels of the Tom Yum soup in detail. We ended up choosing the creamy prawn version, and the spiciness was just right for our preference.
To finish, we had two desserts—both were delicious and definitely worth trying.
Overall, I highly recommend this Thai restaurant. The food was satisfying, and the service was attentive and thoughtful throughout.

I love Thai food and decided to have dinner my first night in Singapore at BOLD THAI as it was a short walk from my hotel. Bold Thai is located on the B2 Level of the Capitol and has a nice ambiance and a pretty wide menu. I had Pork Satay and then Pad See Ew with Pork… Both were very good. In fact I enjoyed my meal so much I decided to return a second night for dinner and this time I had Basil Rolls, Morning Glory and Pad See Ew with Chicken. Again the food was excellent, as was the service and the price. My three dishes (which were all generous in portion size) with a Coke Zero cost just SG$59 I can highly recommend this Thai Restaurant.

We took the set for 2 and ordered 2 more dishes for sharing between 3 pax. Left the place full! Food wise, all taste good. One feedback though, the staff forgot to serve us our dessert which was suppose to come with the meal. We forgot about it, and only realized when we got home. Wished the staff could be more attentive, and serve us when we asked for the bill.

As it’s for a birthday celebration for our BFF, your crew came out with a slice of cake with a beautiful presentation accompanied by them singing a birthday song to my friend. That’s so awesome and heartwarming
We are very satisfied with your food and all are very tasty and not so spicy either.
Especially your mango sticky rice. It’s the best that I have tried in SG. Just a little suggestion only on the omelet eggs, maybe it would be good to cut down the oil portion, then it would be perfect as we head towards a healthy nation.
The ambience of your restaurant is very cozy with different seating to cater to different needs.
We love the attentiveness of your crew and are very well-trained at serving the customers.

JUSTIN for serving our table with his great smile always on his face and helping to refill our glasses with water when it’s empty.

Pretty authentic Thai flavours. At least one of the chefs is Thai, and it shows in the dishes. Comfortable seating and warm, hospitable service. One of the chefs even came out to greet us, which was a nice touch. The Crabby fried rice was a standout with generous chunks of crab. A sumptuous meal overall, and definitely worth a revisit.
