I liked it. Everything was a little spicy but well done. Lots of fat in the carnitas…. Not authentic. I wish I got the chile relleno. The steak and bacon wrapped shrimp is why you come here. Very nice atmosphere. Incredible service. Decent pricing.

I definitely enjoyed this place. The steak was very tender and flavorful. The bacon wrapped shrimp were very good with the shrimp being perfectly prepared. While the flavor of the relleno was good it was soggy and i prefer a crispy releno myself. I liked the taste so didn’t take away for my personal relleno preference. The margaritas were not very big, did not taste strong but did pack a punch, I don’t think it hit my wife until she was half way through her second one.

From the very first time I visited this restaurant, I was welcomed like family. The waitress greeted me with genuine joy and a big smile, and even the owners made a point to say hello. That warmth and hospitality alone is worth a visit, but then the food and drinks took it to the next level!
The Honey Passion drink is honestly the best I’ve ever had, so refreshing and flavorful. The quesabirrias were perfectly crisp and cheesy, the fish tacos were on point, and the pozole and street corn? Absolutely delicious. Every dish I’ve tried has been served warm, fresh, and full of flavor. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in what they do.
What truly keeps me coming back (and I’ve been here more than five times already) is how valued and cared for I feel every time. In fact, I loved the place so much I asked the owner if I could celebrate my birthday there. They kindly said yes, and even though it poured rain on the day of my party (5/25/25), they created a stunning setup in a private dining area just for us. It was beautifully organized, cozy, and elegant. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my guests were comfortable and happy, we ended up spending 3–4 hours there just enjoying the atmosphere, the amazing service, and each other.
This restaurant is more than just great food and a beautiful space, it’s a place where you feel seen, appreciated, and taken care of. Highly recommend it for a casual meal, a special celebration, or anything in between!

What a gem! While looking out for a new tasty restaurant for a birthday El Mason de Liz popped up and we were SO GLAD it did! They were so very accommodating and kind. We were running late for our reservation and since they had the ability they said no problem and to drive safe! From that first call to the time we left after dinner, the service was wonderful. Some of the best service I’ve ever had! The food and margaritas were fantastic. Some of the best Mexican food and their house margaritas are top notch! Impressive quality absolutely. The ambience and lighting really set this place apart. Beautiful design. Finally, they have Happy Hour every day from 3 – 6 PM and their pricing on the menu is very fair. We will absolutely be back!

Had an amazing experience coming to El Mezon De Liz. Came for dinner and was attended greatly by the staff as I entered the restaurant. The atmosphere is very modern and very inviting. Great decor. Menu options are amazing, and the fact they have Pozole, Menudo, and Caldo de Cameron soups are inviting for that alone.
I had the Queso Flameado for appetizer, Steak Flautas were amazing, and a Flan to wrap it up for dessert.
The service by server Lizeth was top-notch. Always ensuring I was ok and if I needed anything. Gracias.

Service was great, everyone was so kind and quick to ask if we needed anything. I had the house marg and it was pink with a cute flower! Tasted good, a little non traditional in my opinion. Queso flameado was soooo good. So rich, chorizo and poblanos were fresh and made the dish so good. Pork carnitas plate was 10/10. So good. Highly recommend this spot for good Mexican! Fair value too for the price.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant. Liz and Lupita are amazing and the staff is fantastic. We are from Greeley but will be on the medical campus for the foreseeable future.
