My girlfriend and I have been looking for good mexican restaurant for some time as this is our favourite cuisine.
We are delighted that we’ve now found The43 and have ordered three times in the past month!
The quality and portion sizes have been putstanding each time we have had a meal from you.
As my girlfriend has just had a newborn, we have looked forward to this as a treat every week.
Once our little one is a bit older, we’ll be sure to visit the restaurant and experience a dine in meal.
Honestly can’t fault this establishment whatsoever – the quality, cost and variety of food on offer is exceptional.
My girlfriend is a vegetarian and its usually really difficult to find a mexican which offers a veggie option, instead of the typical vegan meat alternatives.
Really hope that all the staff here get the praise they deserve as this place is incredible!

I will never fault this place! I go or order for my birthday every year.. the food is gorgeous and I’m always pleased with my service. It’s a joy every time- honestly couldn’t fault. I’m an anxious person and I feel extremely comfortable in the restaurant!

The Scottish muncher.

First time trying here & was pleasantly surprised, the place could be doing with new decor & a coat of paint, the toilets were quite shabby, We got the sharing platter to share, with a plate of ribs & the quesadillas, everything was perfectly cooked & the food was of a good standard & plenty of it, the drinks are quite expensive for just a smallish glass & at £4:50 your definitely getting overpriced, I’d definitely return here, the staff were lovely, quick & very attentive.

Hu Soi

Good food. Rice surprisingly well cooked and not a lump of rice paste. Excellent flavour in the chicken chilli, new experience but tasty.
Service could be a tiny bit better. You can tell the waiter tried his best to look after you, even if not as fast as I would like.
Will I come back? Definitely yes, worth while and it’s a very relaxed evening

An excellent quality Mexican grill! We were surprised and sad to see the place almost empty, even though on a Thursday night.
The chips are perfectly cooked, the guacamole and tortillas well seasoned, the homemade bbq sauce on the ribs original, and the meats all good quality and well cooked!
Hand shaken Margaritas for £8 also a great surprise.
Have recommended to friends and family and will be back!

Ordered a takeaway for delivery from the restaurant website, claimed a 45 minute wait time. An hour passed and still no sign of food so called the restaurant. Was told would be another 20 mins. Another 30 mins later and still no food. Terrible service! Food was good when it eventually arrived, however. Shame

Absolutely delicious Mexican foods. The portions are also large. Affordable prices. Great place to hangout as well. Will definitely return. See the menu and you can decide for yourself. Lovely and very helpful staffs as well. Can’t wait to come back again and write a review again. Haha

Saturday night at 6pm. The restaurant was nearly empty. Music not too loud, nice booth to sit in. Great margarita, retro tequila sunrise and fantastic food. 10 people in the restaurant in total while we were there. I cannot fathom why more people are not using this lovely Mexican restaurant on a Saturday night . Definitely going to return.

We came here for the first time last night and the food and service were excellent. I did request a singing Mexican Mariachi band for my step-sons birthday, however, I think the request became lost in translation. Alas, the food was delicious. We had Taco’s, Fajita’s, and Nacho’s – the full shooting match. It was great. To end the festivities, we sampled the Churros and they were disgustingly good. A great night out had by all.
