We went to Scoopy’s recently because we wanted to explore further than just our usual ice cream shop in our own town. This place is amazing! Excellent selection of ice cream, water ice, dole whip, and other food.
Three members of my family came and each of us ordered something different. Though it was busy, we did not have to wait long to order nor to receive our order. The young woman at the counter was very patient and helpful with our daughter who tends to be very quiet. We went inside to order, but there is also a walk-up window outside. There was plenty of space to sit both inside and outside. We chose to sit outside. Nearby there was a small pond with ducks, geese, and other birds.
Overall an excellent experience. Great treats and atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Love this place!! The cannoli sundae is incredible, there’s a million choices of flavors but I literally get this sundae everytime because it’s heaven. The homemade ice cream sandwiches are incredible also. They have excellent hours so there are always there for ice cream cravings. All the workers are super nice and the manager is always there and takes so much pride!!

I do doordash. When I arrived there. They told me to go outside at 2nd window. There was literally no customers inside the store. So i went outside to pick up order and they were laughing at me like i am not human. No response at window. I was helpless there. And I never felt disrespected in that way in my life. They were hiding behind the wall and laughing at me because i was literally walking around 1st window to 2 window nobody told me they are still working on it. And when I knocked at window they said it’s getting ready and started laughing again. They handed me the order I asked for manager he said nothing happened i gave you your order you can go. I hope they not treating the customers same way they treating dasher.

dairy free ice cream is not usually my favorite. with being allergic to milk, mixed with my love of ice cream- i feel blessed to find this place. their vegan ice cream and whipped cream is so yummy, tastes like real ice cream just without dairy. so many vegan options and gluten free. truly a gem. i had to get my order redone bc of online ordering mishap, but when i got my final order i was blown away…. absolutely fantastic vegan ice cream recipe. 10/10

My favorite place for ice cream! The only place around that serves many non dairy options. I can actually enjoy the ice cream here without worrying about lactose intolerance. It’s also much healthier!

This place has the most horrible customer service ever.
I do Uber eats, meaning this place had revived the order a long time ago that would’ve been ready by the time of arrival. When I arrived to pick up the order, they staff member bluntly said it would be a loooong time!! I waited for 20 minutes and found out they were not even working on Uber eat orders, they were just taking new orders and ignoring the Uber eat ones. I asked multiple times and they just excused that it’ll take a long time. Even people outside was waiting longer. Rita Italian is much better, efficient and professional!! Do not come here.

Great service! SO MANY choices! TONS OF GLUTEN FREE choices and not just 1 or 2. Atleast 15 or more flavors of gluten free ice cream and even GF cones! Large indoor eating area, tons of outdoor seating as well. Super friendly and helpful service! Would definitely recommend and have plan to continue visiting here!
