I wish there was a 0. We waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker and no one greeted us. We drove around and there was 1 white suv at the window. If one vehicle backs them up, might as well shut it down. Waste of my time and energy.

I ordered a combo meal through the app. I ordered a large Diet Coke in a Happy Gilmore cup that I paid an extra $1 for. I spent over 15 minutes in the drive through before giving up and going into the store. That is when I was told they only had Pepsi products and were out of the commemorative cups. When I asked for them to refund the combo charge and the extra $1, I was told they’d have to contact upper management in order to issue a refund. I have a 30 minute lunch break and I’d already used up over 20 minutes. No apologies, no offer to try to make it right. I even sent a message to the owner whose number is posted on the door and that has been ignored as well. I will never order from Subway again.

The restaurant was very clean, the food in the visible cooler appeared quite fresh, and the staff was friendly and inviting. We got our food fresh and delicious, and we were very surprised by how tasty everything was. We’ve had many subpar Subway visits at other locations the past couple years, so this was quite the shock! Thank you to the staff in this unit for maintaining a clean facility, and for preparing fresh ingredients promptly!

Walked in for 1 footlong sandwich and was told they had to finish a large online order first that it would be a while. I took time to walk in to patronize their business. I left and so did 4 other people that came in behind me when they were told it would be a while before they could wait on them. Wow! We took our business else where. I thought walk in busy had priority.
