This Starbucks has been in decline for some time. The drive through is very poorly managed. Long waits and inconsistent drink quality. It seems they turn over staff very quickly – yet another indication that this location is poorly led. MJ – time to go.

The white girl that works in the morning hours on Sunday had an attitude and was rude, which makes Starbucks as a whole look terrible. If you made a customer’s drink wrong (When I clearly ordered Iced Matcha, you made the Matcha in a hot Latte form with no ice), you should be apologetic, rather than having an attitude towards the customer about what you did wrong. I don’t understand what type of entitlement that this girl was showing but get some common sense buddy

Nakiya is a ROCKSTAR employee! She was paying attention to any customer waiting around for a while and quickly jumped in to help. She remedied each situation quickly and continued to greet every customer coming into either door(even greeting some by name). She was an extremely hard worker and if she isn’t already the manager, she certainly should be. Thanks Nakiya! You made the experience.

If you must use this location, only use the drive-thru. I went in and placed an order. I then wait a half hour for my order. The food was brick cold by the time the food came out. I watched as several people, who ordered after I did, get their orders completed before mine.

A normal Starbucks – not too busy when we were there – we waited a while for our two hot chocolates only to see those we’re already done for a while and standing on the counter that we could not see where we sat though it was just two meters away. Nobody cared to call the name that was asked for and nobody cared that the two cups were there untouched getting cold while we asked us how long it still lasts to make two chocolates in an almost empty room. Beside that all relatively standard.
