I rarely write a terrible review but this Dunkin Donuts is a hotttttt mess. They always mess up my order and even when I do receive the order I had coffee grinds inside. No joke… It was supposed to be a caramel latte but no caramel and not a latte fun, lol .. corny… Avoid this establishment.

The customer service here is WILD. The young lady with the nose ring is on her phone and barely responsive to customers. The young man (who talks a lot) is drinking tea while serving customers, and ALWAYS gets the order wrong. Today I got cold breakfast bites, and again he ALWAYS gets orders wrong. I thought things would be better after the owner change… they haven’t. Also, options are limited in comparison to other locations.—- the picture I added is how they serve a bagel with cream cheese.

I was there today 5/30/25 at 9.am a nice lady took my order of 2 dozen donuts and a large coffee she made everything perfect she is very sweet always with smile I get a great service from her it was a guy working there but it look like he is just playing around while she was taking care of everything which is no fear when is two people working in front of the business I also bought a sourdough sandwich and the lady at the kitchen did a great job it was delicious they can have all the stars but that guy the managers need to put more attention to employees like him he was on the phone talking inappropriate language

Could use a better service, need to understand clients pay their salaries. I was told to “hurry up, there are people in line” while a second register was not used and there were no orders being processed. Eventually they opened that register and solved the issue. I guess they need a training refresh

I was in the store 2/11/2021, about 2 AM. The 2 girls was very rude taken my order. They did not know about courtesy and respect customers. She let me stand there and order around me. When I ask her what’s going on with my order she reply I have to pay lol. I will not be going back to that store.

Check your receipt!!! They charge extra and they don’t give the extra thing you have paid. Several times, I asked my money back and the manager is very rude way return you back the money. Several times, the manager was the cashier and charged me extra and I complaint to her. She, the manager, unhappy way returned me back the money.
