First time eating here today and won’t be the last! We stopped by for lunch and there was plenty of seating. We were promptly greeted, given menu’s and water. I ordered a fried vegan noodle dish, my husband had a noodle soup and egg rolls. Everything came out quickly and we were really pleased with our dishes. My food was super flavorful with lots of veggies. My husband’s food was also great.
Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was really clean. The food is fantastic. Definitely recommend Just Pho You! Can’t wait to eat here again.

The Bo bun hue is EXCELLENT! Very beefy deep flavor and mildly spicy, spaghetti type noodles, so delicious! I walked in at a quiet moment and within 10 minutes of me sitting down every table was full! Glad I got in before the dinner rush, In spite of being so busy, the service was very friendly and sweet. Everything was wonderful

The chicken fried rice tasted okay and the food came out very quickly, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed by the service regarding our order. We specifically asked for it to be spicy—and even ordered a second round “extra spicy”—but it was still served mild. Good if you’re in a rush, but they don’t seem to follow special instructions.

We came to White Sands National Park to have some fun and stopped by here for a meal. The food turned out to be much better than we expected. We ordered the pho and the spicy pho — both were delicious, and you can really tell the broth isn’t made from store-bought soup base. Also, their restroom is super clean.

Just moved here, and as a Viet person, I know good pho-this is some good pho! So glad to have found this gem, and I look forward to being back to try their bun bo hue. Staff was very friendly too 🙂

Seat yourself. Quick and great service. The pot stickers were so good! We really enjoy the fresh taste of the spring rolls. My son loves the milk tea. We try new dishes when we come in and it is always good. They don’t have a soda machine, sodas will come in can. Everything tastes good.

Horrendous!! I don’t write many bad reviews but this one was due. We ordered spring rolls, shrimp fried rice and Carmel pork. The pork was inedible. The pork was cubes of very hard and dry meat. Think 3 day old over cooked chop. I managed to eat 3 cubes before it went to the disposal. It almost jammed the thing.
The peanut sauce for the poorly made rolls was like water. The fried rice had no flavor. I’m truly shocked that a place would turn out such a poor product.

A clear soup that feels light and unique. The beef brisket was thin and tender. You can add extra meats but regular was also enough.

Tried this when I first moved here, I liked the food so much that I ate there 4 times that week. I haven’t tried anything on their menu that I haven’t liked and I think that says a lot! The pho is so good. The owners are great people and the server is friendly. Feels just like a home in there. Some things feel a little pricey but when you learn it’s only run by a few people, it makes it feel so worth it. Will really miss this food when I move.
