Good food, waitress was the opposite of friendly and inviting. I had to clear our table and ask for a take home box and the bill. The ghost buffet really needs to go. It just makes us sad and nostalgic that we can’t get it anymore. The pizza and appetizer was really good, that’s the main thing. I’m routing for every Pizza Hut franchise to succeed.

Order their meat pizza online had onion, bell peppers, and black olives added . A pizza arrived on time and I say a pizza because I ordered a meat pizza and this pizza had barely no meat at all. I also ordered extra sauce to make sure my pizza wouldn’t be dry, it was dry. How Do you get a meat with maybe one piece of pepperoni on a slice and hardly any other meat . There was more bell pepper and onions, and olives than meat on my pizza , so I asked Where’s is the meat. To spend over 30 bucks for a meat pizza and get an all most veggie pizza is to say, DO NOT ORDER A PIZZA AGAIN FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. The only good thing about this pizza was the delivery time.

Awful delivery experience. Ordered through the app. After an hour the app said they hadn’t even started preparing it yet and according the the estimated delivery time it should have already been delivered. Called the store and they said it was out for delivery, after 20 minutes we called again and was told the same thing, it would be there soon. Waited for another 20 minutes and decided to just cancel the order because it was going on almost 2 hours, we knew it was going to be cold, not fresh. Called again, the manager was rude, and cut us off while we were talking, after saying he would refund us, he just hung up on us. No apology, nothing. The food finally arrived after over 2 hours and we told the driver we had cancelled but he gave it to us anyway…..of course the food was cold, the fries were cold and soggy. Wings and pizza were cold. Not edible at all. The only thing good I can say is they didn’t charge us. We will never be ordering there again. If they had been at least pleasant when we called and had apologized on the phone we might have been ok to try them again…everybody has a busy, bad night…..but the rudeness is inexcusable, telling us it would be there soon over and over when it wasn’t. Unfortunately people warned us about this location, but we didn’t heed their warnings.

Order my order at 5:40 and it’s 6:56 finally got my food at 7:15 and the order was halfway wrong. My kids had got barbecue wings with hardly any barbecue and I’d got buffalo mild and they gave me burning hot. Also ask for fries Cajun they were regular. The delivery guy was cool and understood my frustration and give me a number for the district manager

Bad customer service. Your guys employee, Ashley, is absolutely awful. She talks to you like you’re dumb and seems to have a big head about everything. Called because my pizza was messed up, in a polite voice I stated there was no sauce on the pizza. She had answered saying “I made the pizza so I know what I put on it.” Despite the evidence being I have the pizza with no sauce she kept insisting. Absolutely ridiculous! Needs to be talked to or fired to be honest. Admit to your mistakes, everyone makes them. They didn’t hire you for your intelligence

If I could give the service that we received while dining in a zero i would. The waitress was highly rude like she could care less if she was there or not. Gave us dirty plates and we asked for new ones and the way she acted was like it was a sin to ask for clean plates that didnt have food on them.

Wasn’t sure about going in not greeted, tables & chairs moved out in floor, my grandson insisted so we sat at booth ordered a medium cheese pizza small & medium drink & order cinnabons waiter was friendly & also the cook after he brought pizza to the table we didn’t see him anymore although I watched another guy keep messing with money in the register & a donation box on counter needless to say this same guy rang our order in which was $29.64 which was ridiculous for a medium cheese pizza Idk but I was just disgusted about the meal food price all the above

I messed up and placed my order 45 minutes before closing time so that must be why my pizza was still raw and sauce was coming out of the bottom of the pizza dough guess they were trying to go home
