Waited quite a while to be waited on by drive thru. Then asked if someone would take our order. She said no one would be taking our order that she didnt like our attitude. She was probably under stress and not equipped to be a friendly reprentative of Arby’s. Shame on her. Company needs to check who they hire. Time 5:17 on 2-26-26. Female employee.

Would be nice if the giant stickers on the windows were see through or just not there. Can’t see outside at all. Other than that, food is great and so is the customer service. Really enjoy the various lemonades they offer. As well as the big Reese’s cookies!

Where are the curly fries? This has got to be third time, within the last couple months, that my fries were from the bottom of the bag. Service was very slow, for being a fast food restaurant so don’t recommend stopping there on the way to work.

Ordered a hot ham and cheese. Got a cold ham in cheese. Lmao Everything about it was terrible. These fast food places are at risk in my opinion. When they start charging as much as a sit down restaurant they need to up their game. Truly poor quality control.

Countless times ive been here, and countless times of mess ups! Once, it was a forgotten fry, another was a mis made sandwich. It doesn’t matter if you dine in, pick up, or go through the drive thru, always check your food to ensure everything is accurate and accounted for!

Third time I have tried to eat here. Once I ordered and then waited 10 minutes and no one came to the drive up window. Once no one answered at the order kiosk. The third time I went it the woman said she could help me after she finished cleaning. Each time I was the only customer there. I won’t try again

It was late at night. Ordered 3 orders of the 2 for $7.00 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches that were on special. Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was HOT just the way I like it. Ordered soda’s and the selection was good. They had 3 different types of diet soda’s which was a surprise. Both my Wife and I left Arby’s feeling full and SATISFIED.
