Great group of workers there. I Felt comfortable ordering. Made my 3 subs perfect. Friendly and Fast Service. I lost my phone…went back to the store and one of the workers called it for me in case someone picked it up twice. Found my phone (thank God). He didn’t have to that. Thank you!!!

Went through drive thru. Young lady over the speaker didn’t let me get a word in to say my order with interruptions.
Then found at window, everyone is laughing and having a good time. Well, no focus. They forgot my chips. I had to tap on the window to get their attention. Then when I got home, the sub I ordered WITHOUT lettuce had a ton of Lettuce on it, not to mention the bread was rock hard. I don’t usually have problems at this store, but new faces are showing that they are not focused on their costumers and their quality of food. Disappointed.

I have always loved Jimmy John’s sandwiches. They make my veggie sub to my liking every time. I did a phone order on Sunday, December 18th. Below is what was in my sandwich, as I bit into it.

BEST JJ’s in Livonia!!! Will go out of my way to come to my favorite location service is always great. They always get your order correct and never any issues! Love all the staff there I’m a regular at that location and they know my order without me even having to say anything. Amazing staff thank u guys always clean and organized in there too.
