Stopped here tonight around 8 after church to feed my kids. We went through the drive through when I ordered our first shareable meal I was told they didnt have a Classic Cheeseburger Pack. Something our large family orders regularly. I was very polite and said, oh I order it regularly can you ask a manager to help ring it up? The lady said I am the manager, and very rudely said the ONLY way you will get that is ordering it online. (I had cash) I said oh can I have your name? She said no we arent allowed to give names. I said ok I can come in and would be happy show you how to ring it up. (Yes I know how to ring it up in their system.) I pulled to park. When I went in I was presented with a different employee who said he was the manager..(he was even more rude and I couldnt understand what I had done, again I was very polite) I said ok is the lady who wasnt able to help us available? (Nobody was in the drive thru at time) he very rudely said “no she cant now how could he help you. When I told him I had to come inside to order bc I was told I couldn’t order our meal through the drive thru..he said yeah you cant.. i asked why.. and he went off on my like I had done something wrong claiming ppl all night have been screaming at them.. I said sir have I screamed at you? he said no but do you know what its like being behind this counterand went off again.. I was in shock, I have never been treated so poorly by someone that I was being so nice too and where I was trying to spend $60+. Do not go to this McDonalds if you want 5o be treated kindly! Its worth the drive to Eau Claire! Thats what we did I asked for his name and the store number and we left went right to Eau Claire.. and of course we were treated so kindly and ordered everything we needed to feed our large family. It was such a difference my 4 yo said “wow they were so nice lets only go to this McDonald’s mom!” It made me incredibly sad that these kind of people were working in customer service! DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS! Being yelled at for other people being rude and having issues was definitely not ok with me.. and it wasnt what this mama needed after a to a long day..

Every time I go to this McDonald’s I order a cheese burger with no pickles or onions and sweet n sour sauce, but every time they give me my food it always has onions and sometimes pickles on it and they always forget the sweet n sour sauce. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

McDonald’s complete messed up my order i had some double cheese burgers and a McChicken with a 6 piece nugget i was givin only 4 single cheese burgers no McChicken and no nuggets. They fixed it and still had it wrong! And we got home to open the bag to find the food complete soaked in grease absolutely disgusting! And they didn’t even start making the chicken nuggets until 5 minutes after I complained about the food being wrong and everything was cold

The person was at the window where you pay and would not open the window to let us pay and ignored the fact we were at the window so we had to go to the next window to even pay. then when we actually got our food the whole order was made wrong.

DON’T DRIVE AWAY BEFORE CHECKING YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY! The staff here are incompetent. Why do I need to consistently tell these people how to do their jobs? “Hey you made my burger incorrectly”, “hey you forgot my drinks”, “hey I’m missing an item”…This place is incapable of completing such simple tasks required of them. I mean how do you make a simple Mcchicken wrong and still send it out (see pic)…?

We had an unfortunate experience with the McDonald’s in Chippewa Falls that we feel needs to be shared. While traveling with our small children, we accidentally placed a mobile order through the app for this location, even though we were nowhere near it. Realizing the mistake almost immediately, we called the store on Sunday afternoon to ask for help canceling the order.

The woman who answered identified herself as the manager. Rather than offering assistance or even basic courtesy, she abruptly told us to “Google it” and stated she was unwilling to help. We politely repeated our request, hoping for a bit of understanding—especially given that we were on the road with young kids and trying to resolve the issue quickly. Unfortunately, her tone grew more dismissive and condescending. She told us that if we didn’t like her response, we could call the manager and complain the next day—implying she wasn’t actually the manager after all.

To top it off, she set the phone down without properly ending the call, which felt like an intentional brush-off.

We understand that mistakes happen, and we weren’t demanding anything unreasonable—just a bit of help in correcting a simple, honest error. The lack of professionalism and empathy, especially toward a family traveling with children, was deeply disappointing. This experience reflects poorly not only on the customer service of this specific location but also on the McDonald’s brand as a whole.

We hope this feedback leads to a more compassionate and helpful approach in the future, particularly toward families and travelers who may be relying on quick, reliable service.

So, my experience was not thw best tonight, I’m not aure if it’s lack of employees are what but yall news to do better. . Get home to eat, Fries were hot and hard yuck. . Everything came off my sandwich while i was eating it, maybw i should have just gotten a hamburger. . Maybe if yall lightened up on the mayo you could afford new grease for the fryers. . .
