Well, my wife doesn’t get cheese on her pizza (she only gets veggies). When you do this, a lot of places skimp on the veggies (even when you order extra). When I arrived and saw our pizzas, I was so pleased by the amount of toppings on there. I even asked the woman making pizzas if she made these, and she said yes, so I told her she did a great job. I wish I would have gotten her name because she was so nice and pleasant.

I could never figure out why I would go here instead of the grocery store for a pizza I have to cook myself. Now I know. I can order it with the exact toppings I want and not have to add or pick off stuff. And it’s DELICIOUS! Wowie! Definitely will order again.

This location has to be the cleanest and friendliest location I’ve ever been in. Always greeted with a smile and a HAVE A GREAT DAY as I leave. My first use of the Pitboss pellet grill was this pizza from Papa Murphy’s.

Although the store isn’t conveniently located near where we live, the 2 pizza pies we purchased were prepared timely, they were loaded with toppings, baked perfectly following the instructions and they were tasty – good topping & cheese on perfect thin crust.

The $5.99 pizza used to be our favorite sausage pizza and we are from Chicago. Missouri pizza is bad except for a few because they use Provek cheese. Hate it! Anyway last two times they now lowered the price and lowered the quality of the sausage with some ground up excuse for Italian sausage which is more like ground beef and is tasteless. I put every spice you can think of in but it still is terrible. Last time we will get them. Evidently the boss is cutting corners and lowering quality to save money. It is terrible

This location provides great pizzas that are highly customizable and everyone of them tastes great without the heavy greasy feeling that most pizza places provide. The smore dessert pizza is a personal favorite.

I love to smell the garlic and such when you bake a pizza fresh in your own oven. I get the best of both worlds with Papa Murphy’s, they make it just how I like it…and I always get fresh HOT pizza from my oven! MMMMmmmmmmmm

We Finally tried Papa Murphy’s tonight! I was pleasantly surprised with the pizzas. I really enjoyed the pepperoni Greek! We also got a regular cheese on original crust. We ordered when we arrived and the pizza’s were both out very quickly so that was nice. I think once we master the baking at home this will be 45 stars.

The food was delicious! The only complaint I have is about the “manager on duty.” She was rude when talking to customers and advertised a 30% discount that she didn’t know how to apply. Only stated she was trained to make pizza.

First visit to this Papa Murphy’s. The manager and his peeps running this store are in dire need of a lesson in Customer Service 101. While placing an online order, I found no way to communicate a Special Request so I telephoned the store after placing the order. An employee placed me on hold (not really – I heard the entire conversation – SO RUDE WERE THE WORDS EXCHANGED!) ‘Did you even put them on hold? They’ve heard everything I just said?” I politely made my request to the manager once he decided to talk to me and he agreed to the special request. To simply cut the pie in half. Initially, he was reluctant to oblige me, stating the pizza wouldn’t cook properly. FALSE. But I presented no argument. I’ve had this request granted EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve placed an order at any PM locale. He did finally agree but when I arrived to pick up my order, the request was COMPLETELY ignored. THE MANAGER COMPLELELY FAILED ME. Then, I asked the employees to correct what was promised, they looked at me like I had four heads. What a bad experience, despite the fact the request was, in and of itself, trivial. What could have been so easy to appease a paying customer turned into a lost customer. If these young people were store owners, this presumably would have played out differently. Ultimately the employees failed the store owner. There is no place for RUDENESS or customer apathy, EVER. I experienced it here firsthand. Sad but no big deal. Since there is no shortage of good pizza places.
