The cup I received was only about half full of the actual drink, and the rest was just whipped cream. It wasn’t even filled up properly to the top.

Customer service can be improved greatly. It is extremely poor. Poor attitude, not wanting to do anything to give a better service experience. I was immediately told if I wouldn’t have asked for light ice I would’ve had a full cup. There was zero customer service zero help. No one explained to me from the start when I ordered light ice that I wouldn’t get a full cup because if that was the case I wouldn’t of got a Venti and paid that price or I would’ve gotten something else every other time I have ordered this coffee I have asked for light ice and I have gotten a full cup never been an issue. This was not me ordering this for the first time. for me personally customer service wise they could’ve told me well. We can add a little coffee in it and fill up the cup great but they told me because I did not have a full cup. I would have to pay extra to get a full cup. I called corporate about the situation. They said that the manager would call me back within 24 hours never heard from corporate and or a manager so all around from the top down crappy customer service.

I typically stop in at least once a week! Chase and his staff are so kind and always greet me with a warm welcome. Jeremy is typically one of the baristas on duty, he makes great drinks, and makes me feel welcome every time!

Terrible!!! Past 4 times I have gone my drink has been disgusting. This time I got light ice… I’d like to see regular ice

I used the app to order and it was super convenient and ready when I got there. Outstanding, friendly service to go along with the amazing food and drinks. Our favorites are the Cake pops and Frappuccinos.

Love my local Starbucks I order all the time. The online ordering is smooth and the employees are very nice. Two of my favorite drinks the girls have helped me when I asked them what they recommend. That’s great customer service! My go-to drink right now is the apple crisp Frap add dark carmel sauce(tastes like a caramel cinnamon apple) it’s haven!

Wish I could I have given below one star! Worst customer service ever! I went in with my Stanley Starbucks cup and ordered a latte and asked them to add extra milk and they refused. I even offered to pay extra for milk and they said I could buy an extra drink to add to my cup. I have contacted Starbucks corporate before about this and they said ALL lattes can have as much milk added to it as they want. Be warned, this Starbucks location does not care about customer service.

In response to your message back to me about contacting the SBUCKS website….I have! I have called and emailed them about how horrible your store is with their customer service! You all need a lesson in customer service. I bet your new CEO who is BIG on customers being first would not be happy with your store!

If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience at this Starbucks was extremely disappointing, the worst customer service I’ve encountered. There was no greeting from the staff when I walked in. I stood there for a while, waiting for someone to ask if I needed help, but they just ignored me. Instead, they were busy making their own drinks and walked away from customers, even though the store and drive-through weren’t busy. This level of service is unacceptable. The staff clearly need more training to improve customer interactions If you have cameras in your store, you might want to review how your staff are treating customers.
