I honestly believe this is the best Starbucks on the island. They’re so quick and efficient, and every time I come in, no matter if it’s day or night, they never fail to greet me with a smile. I always feel welcomed and they even got my order down after just a few visits. The store is clean and spacious. Good music, good vibes. Never once had a bad experience here.

I ordered a hot version of the Mocha Dubai Chocolate drink today 02/08/26 @8:03 pm then when they took my order they said “okay your total is…. Thank you drive forward” After receiving the drink, I told them I ordered “hot” then the male barista then said they don’t serve it hot and started insisting on their point instead of acknowledging the mistake +++ I don’t like the way he approached me!

I understand store policies, but if something isn’t allowed, it should be explained before the order is accepted. What made this experience disappointing was not the policy itself, but the lack of communication and the way the staff kept arguing instead of offering a solution

I’ve made this Starbucks my go-to spot for over a year now. First off, this is easily the nicest Starbucks on the island. It’s always clean, well-lit, and genuinely inviting.

Second, the staff is incredible. It’s usually the same crew on Friday mornings, and they are consistently helpful, welcoming, and all-around wonderful. Every single worker is a big reason I keep coming back to this specific location.

Lastly, the drinks and food here are the best I’ve had across all locations. Other spots—especially the one by Target—often end up watered down, but this store consistently delivers flavorful, well-made drinks. The consistency really stands out.

I know this review is long, but let me cook. One morning around 5 a.m., while I was being helped at the register, a rude person stormed in demanding to use the restroom. The cashier calmly explained that the restroom was for paying customers. The woman became aggressive and started cursing. The employee handled the situation with remarkable composure and professionalism, allowing the customer to storm out without reacting. I was genuinely impressed by her self-control and strength.

The staff here works incredibly hard and always carries themselves with great attitudes. As long as I can afford it, this will always be my go-to Starbucks location. I truly appreciate you all!

Ordered a venti pumpkin spice iced latte. I have not kidding 5 sips and it was gone. Looked in the cup completely full of ice. Paid $8 for ice. Bring the clear cups back

Natasha was extremely rude I’m a paying customer I shouldn’t be talked down too because I’m disabled and because she feels like a fool for not doing the job right she gets and attitude with me it seems to me that she can’t handle the pressure of management. It is very obvious in the condition of what the store is left in most of the day the bathrooms and the staff under her employment. You would think that Starbucks would require higher standards when employing someone to represent their store. It’s a shame that customer service is no longer a thing, and Starbucks keeps reinforcing that

Terrible Experience at Starbucks – Maui, HI

I had a really disappointing experience today (June 25th) around 12 noon at the Starbucks drive-thru in Maui. I ordered a coffee, and shortly after, my 12-year-old daughter urgently needed to use the restroom. I parked and went inside with her, only to find out the bathroom required a code.

When I asked the tall young cashier for the code, he refused to give it to me and said I had to place an order inside the store to access the restroom—even though I had literally just purchased something moments earlier in the drive-thru.

I was shocked. Denying a child access to a restroom over something like this is absurd and completely lacking in compassion. Starbucks is supposed to be known for its customer service, but this experience said otherwise. Very disappointing. Do better, Starbucks.

Convenient location and workers are nice. They almost always have food items in stock. The only issue is their poorly engineered drive thru set up. Who puts a drive thru where you have to yield to oncoming traffic?? And their drive thru menu board was mounted in a spot that makes it impossible to see the oncoming traffic which makes it dangerous.
