Omg wow. I’m going to say best BBQ in Texas that I’ve had and pretty much best in my life. The brisket was absolutely perfect and the Habanero sauce was exactly as spicy as I love. Chelsea greeted us and she was extremely friendly with a great smile brightening the place up. Everyone working here was making sure the entire restaurant was happy. I absolutely Love this place. 10 out of 10 if I could. Love IT

Only bad thing about this place is trying to eat a whole double burger. I travel a lot around the eastern half of the US and this is my favorite burger place. This is a pic of their 2nd biggest one (the biggest isnt on the menu). I eat half for lunch and half for dinner. Very tasty!

Opted for the sliders to get taste of 3 different meats! Was delicious as was the boudin egg rolls! Potato was great and done perfectly! The HOMEMADE bar bq sauce was an extra bonus!

I heard they had the best cheese burger’s around and after going today I absolutely agree! This is just a short drive from Lufkin and priced right. My cheeseburger with the sourdough bun was amazing and the french fries were fantastic ! The staff was super outgoing, friendly and cheerful! They even kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. Next time we will leave room for dessert! Highly recommended!!!

Not a bad burger. The seasoning just wasn’t for me. Give a boat load of fries with the burger.

The owner told me they have a larger one that’s not on the menu “monster burger” it’s the one I mentioned JUST DOUBLED.
I will order it the next time I visit just to see it!

My wife said to say “that the rolls are soo FREAK’N good!” Haha We enjoyed the food and would likely come back, if traveling back through here, again. This was my first Boudain, the rice-filled sausage next to the brisket. I liked it! The atmosphere is nice. The service is good. The employees are kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Papa’s to a friend.

Ok so I got the Home run burger and my wife got the 2 meat plate. Even though my wife didn’t get the smoked sausage in her order she still liked the sliced beef. Now the Home run burger was simply awesome. We have always enjoyed a good burger and have looked for a place for a go to. Well now we have found it!!! Never knew this place was even in Huntington but you best believe we will go here every time.
One other thing I’d like to touch on is one of the most hospitable drive-thru attendants we have encountered in a while. She was simply awesome and had me and my wife laughing.
So if y’all get a chance check this place out, y’all won’t be disappointed.

We had the 1lb. sliced brisket with pints of beans and coleslaw and pickles onions were included. We got it to go and we really enjoyed the brisket and sides. The brisket was very tender the sauce was fantastic we ate it all and will be going back to try the sausage and ribs soon.

Came in for lunch and the food here is absolutely amazing! The ladies working here are warm and friendly and quick to laugh and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! I had the two meat plate with brisket and turkey with the Mac and cheese and beans. My wife had a burger with fries and we split an order of the banana pudding. Everything was amazing and the HOMEMADE Banana pudding is truly dangerous, it is SO good!
If you find yourself anywhere near huntington you will be missing out if you don’t stop in and try their amazing food. Word of warning though, their pit burgers go quick so get there early!!
