I’ve ordered Lucy’s before and don’t know what’s happened but the quality has declined significantly if this is their best offering. I ordered the Mac and cheese and a buffalo chicken sandwich which i didnt even finish. I’ve had better mac and cheese from the box, this is more buttered noodles then mac and cheese. Their buffalo chicken sandwich tasted like frozen chicken strip drowned in buffalo sauce. Did you microwave the lettuce on the sandwich?

The food was pretty good. No complaints at all. The spicy chicken wasn’t overly spicy but just enough. Had to get a chocolate shake before we left but it was def worth checking out. Right near the L and it didn’t take forever. Most of all the service there was really GREAT

Ordered delivery, burgers were tasty but the fries came COVERED with salt. I love salty food so it takes a lot for me to call something inedible because of too much salt. Did a salt shaker cap fall of something?

Amazing food at Lucy’s with a super casual vibe and counter service. The chicken sandwich was hands down the best thing we had, but the burgers are also really good. The cheese fries were nice, but I think I like them better plain. Only thing that could improve the experience is if the place was a bit cleaner. Will definitely be back!

Spicy chicken sandwich mild at best. Lacking flavor. Bites without cheese were not salty enough. Lots of chicken but it’s bland. Mac n cheese see than Kraft. No spices or salt, cheese was being rationed here. Disgusting butter noodles not Mac n cheese. For their prices wouldn’t be worth if the meal was $10. Gas station chicken and Mac.

Whenever I feel like having a good burger without having to spend a fortune, I order Lucy’s!!! It never disappoints. I love burgers and I’ve stopped going to restaurants because they can’t keep up with quality. Lucy’s bacon jam smash burger tastes EXACTLY the same every time. It’s my favorite! It’s so good even when ordering take out. 100% recommend.

Turns out their burgers have taken a SIGNIFICANT turn for the worst since 2020.
One measly patty that’s swallowed up by both the bun and the slice of American cheese topping it. Two strips of bacon that are fine, whatever, no complaints there.
I’ll cop to the mistake of looking at a menu picture without noticing that it was from 5 years ago and assuming it was a double patty burger (they didn’t ask me to specify), but I’m pretty salty that I just paid $15 for this pathetic excuse for a burger. Without exaggeration, I should have just gone to Sonic.

Chicago’s best fried pickles! Great food for a great value. Chicken sandwich isn’t very spicy, but it’s very flavorful. One of my neighborhood favorites.

I arrived here with my son and sister around 5:13pm on a Friday evening to grab some food before heading to an event that nearby.
The order was placed at 5:15pm. I got a double bacon jam burger and I got my son a plain burger. I got us a side of fries to share with a classic lemonade. They do not have combos and do not have fountain drinks. (After visits to a few burger places, I see it’s common to not have combos and that the entree and side must be ordered separately; I don’t know why that is considering most people do get a side).
The burger was delicious! The fries were mediocre. They were unevenly cooked. I would’ve liked more seasoning on them as well. I will say that it was a large portion ams sharable. I’ve never had the brand of lemonade before but I enjoyed it. They have a section where you can get your own ketchup in a cup. They have free water as well in an antique “gasoline” container. This was neat.
The atmosphere and decor was very cute. They had booths, tables by the window, and a large, high top table, which we sat at. It wasn’t busy as there was only 1 other party there, eating. A couple more parties arrived while we were eating and/or as we left. Staff was friendly and I would return, if I’m in the area again.

This place is killer! Wanted to try a new place and wasn’t disappointed. I had the double Prohibition Smash burger, which was definitely on the list for the top 3 burgers ever! We shared an order of pulled pork fries and we both had Mac n cheese! They pack the Mac n cheese! We also got chocolate malts. Definitely 5 stars
