Surprised how fresh the bell pepper tasted. Never ate at a Samurai Sam’s before. The amount of food should be more for price but food was pretty darn good. The register lady was a good customer service representative as well.

Customer service has gone down hill, food quality has gone down hill.
If you want sauces for a spicy teriyaki bowl they won’t make them like they used to because it’s a “process”. (Lazy)
Stopped coming here a while ago and now this will officially be the last time I spend any money here.
The night manager is so rude and makes things sloppy.

Ordered at 10:24 a.m. at 10:37 a.m. finally got my order. A burrito meal. Tots are cold and why do you have to wait almost 15 minutes for an order. What happened to fast food. It was my first and last time going there. I am usually not picky but not good service.

I didnt catch his name, but he was a tall guy with a tattoo on his neck and had gadged earrings. Anyways he was super chill spoke with enthusiasm and knowledgeable. I wish they all were like this man.

Visiting from out of state and had a nice experience while dining in. I am a vegetarian and stopped here multiple times during my visit to order the crisp bean burritos. Right now 2/$3 a great deal.

The food was good as fast food goes. But the thing that will stand out about this visit was the young lady who waited on us. I did not get her name but her attitude toward her job, customers and fellow workers was exceptional!
If you go there, I hope she waits on you. It will make your day.

My spouse and I parked near the drive thru, the employee came out screaming at us for parking in “employee only” parking. There is nothing stating reserved spots for anyone. There were 2 spots on either side of us open, plus the other 15 open parking spots in the small lot.. when I said we just came from Davis auto ( access road from their lot to taco time lot), he said”just move, my employee has no where to park!” Another employee outside was a little nicer, but once again stated “employee parking only”. We just left without food. Have never parked to go inside before and will not be returning. You should probably label the spots you don’t want CUSTOMERS to park in…
