Very poor customer. The white lady was cracked out messing up orders and strung out on her phone texting while people are in the lobby and drive thur. Today I tried calling in a order the lady said “can you call back 15-20mins I’m backed up on orders” my boyfriend was alrdy walking up there and he said the lobby was cleared and so was the lobby and when he asked her (the black lady) she said it was packed a few mins ago. It was never packed. He was there in two mins after I called. Not only to mention that another day the cook walked out! In the middle off cooking so I had to wait till they found another cook. Very poor customer service very slow would not recommend at all!

The food is top notch the only thing I take issue with is location and the dangerous parking lot. If they’d have a dedicated armed security guard/staff outside and inside I think they’d get way more business. The breakfasts are second to none with the City Diner Pancake & Big Man’s breakfasts being the two best. Coneys are old Angelo’s quality and the burgers are better than Starlight’s and much cheaper.

I go every day to purchase a cup of kool aid I always have to wait 5 to 10 minutes at the speaker before I pull to the window due to no one asking how can I help you. Today just took the cake I pulled up to the window and the cashier looked right at me and continued to smoke her cigarette and count her drawer without out stopping to at least say give me a second nor how can I help you.

There has recently been a chance of ownership. The new proprietor has made the portions smaller than advertised, uses substandard ingredients including outdated food, does not practice safe food handling and refuses to pay his employees what they have earned which might lead to anything. He is just 23 years old and doesn’t posses a level of maturity that in my opinion is necessary to manage the day to day operations of a restaurant. Eat here with extreme caution and patience because customer service is non existant and employees seem to be quite impaired often. Eating here is like playing Russian roulette. A former employee voice his on ernie regarding covid symptoms he was experiencing and was instructed to keep it to themselves and ” see if it gets better” all while working everyday.
