I came in this morning on a beautiful Sunday morning 9/14 and they were very busy!!! My food came out exactly how I wanted it and it was hot and delicious. The servers were on point and very kind, greeting everyone who walked in. However…. Their manager at this location is just downright disrespectful :(((. He was SCREAMING at all the servers “I don’t need you guys I can run this store by myself” and it really made the servers upset. They do a phenomenal job and I’m not sure why any workplace would allow this????

Terrible customer service. Not greeted. Our first time and very disappointing. Sarah the waitress was ignorant and terrible attitude. Never greeted us, never sat us, very dirty floors and tables. Never again. Upper management needs involved.

It was good. Loud, busy but not overly crowded until we were leaving. We easily overheard a tutorial/argument over Big 10 vs. SEC football. That was aggressive but entertaining.

We had the nicest waitress at this waffle house today. I’m not sure of her name, but she chatted with us for a bit. Our food was served within a few minutes of ordering. It was great!! But that waitress was extremely nice, very polite, and overall made this the best visit we have had at a waffle house in a long time. We will definitely be stopping again when we come through.
