Zero stars for food, service, and atmosphere because I didn’t get to experience any of it. Waited in line for 10 minutes at the intercom to order, with no response. Finally pulled up to the window to see what was going on — no one was there!! I’m so glad I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes. I showed up in line at 6:50 am on a Friday morning so they should have been open. I’m assuming someone forgot to come into their shift this morning; nonetheless not a great start to my morning because of this.

I have been a regular for 6 years and in the past 3 weeks I unfortunately got charged $9.35 for the same coffee I always have gotten for usually about $4.90. The manager Carson made it right next visit. Then, same window worker wanted to charge over $4 again for an usual order I think she was charging per syrup pump. Afterwards I came back and ordered again same coffee and I specifically asked how many pumps of syrup and she said one and if I wanted more it would be a charge per pump. I was stuck between cars and had no choice but to be like ok and then drove off as soon as the car in front of me was gone. Pumps at any coffee shop depends on the size of the coffee and it’s one fee unless you want extra over the normal 3 or 4 pumps. I started going to Starbucks cuz I tried to reason with the worker but she’s a total loon. Watch your order totals.
I submitted feedback on the site. I changed my review to 3 stars because all the other workers there are AMAZING and I think I was just worked up. Sorry.

I don’t like putting negative reviews online. And really this isn’t a negative review at all. But I’ve noticed consistently this location is always out of something. A few times it’s been they’re out of all but one kind of milk, One time they were completely out of matcha powder, And there have been times they’ve been out of several other things. I don’t know if that’s a problem with management needing to work a little better about ordering things on time or if corporates dragging their feet on sending their supplies. But regardless that this should be brought to the attention of someone. I’ve also noticed on multiple occasions The staff here seem very stressed, far more than they should be for the kind of job that they have. I think part of it is the lack of supplies makes customers upset.

Not the location we normally go to. We were in the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon and waited a while for the cars in front only for us all to realize that no one was working and they didn’t close off the lanes. We have had positive experiences at all the other locations but this was just a weird one.

The worst experience I’ve ever had for coffee. Pulled in and ordered at 6:45, pulled up to the window and was asked to pull around to give the hot food 3 more minutes and for my coffee. Pulled around at 6:47… Sat in line until 7:00 just to pull up to the window with NOTHING in my order ready.

The most phenomenal scooters & customer service ever! I have been coming here for over two years, EVERY day. It doesn’t matter who they hire, the employees are always exceptionally kind. It’s not just a here’s your drink, go on, they actually sit and take the time to converse with you while you wait on your drink.
