As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

3/20/25 4:30. Walked up to the window and waited 2 cars through the drive thru before I was recognized. Got my order wrong and forgot to give us 2 ordered apple pies. I said THANK YOU no less than 3 times and not once had it said to me. When I returned to the window to ask for the forgotten pies, the jerk that worked there was shocked and acted like I was annoying him. I will NEVER go back. NEVER.

Ordered from doordash. Had two combo meals. Only got one drink. The burger i ordered, I specified no cheese, I got cheese anyway. And the fries were burnt and bitter. Like they haven’t changed their fry oil in a while.

My toddler loves checkers!!! He always gets the same thing which is the chicken bites and fries box. They’re always made fresh and the crew is always very polite. Our order is always right there’s never no need to check it. I really do appreciate them so so much and my son does too lol 🙂

Only 1 person working during lunch hour time. She took 3 drive thru orders and Told me to wait at the window to order. After them. Also noticed she didn’t wear any gloves and was touching food and handling payment as well as touching other non food items. I left will never eat there

Much faster to respond to the order box than the one down by Walmart. The person taking the order was polite cheerful and made sure to annunciate so that you could hear her clearly. There was a problem getting the discounts because of the amp not wanting to give all the discounts and she tried her best.
All in all it was probably the best fast food experience I’ve had in awhile.

I’ve always received fresh hot food from Checkers. There service is always Good. Even when the ‘App’ gets things wrong they make it right.

Went here last night. Usually everything is on point, even the employees. But last night unfortunately I ordered a fish sandwich, and the Caucasian young man with the white shirt on was rude. I got a handful of fries with a little added hair. And a over done fish sandwich. I just came out of treatment as well. So, with that being said to the young man. May God bless you and help you with adjusting the way you treat your customers.
