What more could you ask for than to have multiple options for your food right in front of you while it’s being made. They constantly change their menus with new sandwich types while still allowing for their classics to be made at any time. The staff has always been alert and friendly and they have a decent selections of add-ons in the form of chips and cookies. The only thing I would change is the look and feel of the interior of the location itself. While having a crisp and clean look is great in most cases, it feels more like you’re walking into a form of doctors clinic than a restaurant. That being my only complaint, it’s a great place to grab a nice sandwich.

My and my mom go to either the marmaduke shop or the one up by Walmart here in Paragould about twice a month and they are both great stores. I had an issue with the one by Walmart a couple years ago but they have deffinately shown massive improvement .

I’ve lived in this town my entire 23 years of life, and you CAN NOT convince me this is an actual restaurant that even serves food. I’ve never seen a single staff member or smelled food anytime I’ve ever gone in. The OTHER subway downtown is fantastic, so if anyone wants Subway, go to the REAL Subway that’s downtown!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place Is horrible. They are absolutely rude! And Don’t listen for nothing.
My sister and I went to this store to get me her and our mom subs. My sister and I both ordered the spicy Italian sub with Italian herb and cheese bread. And the lady making our sandwiches did white bread instead. When my sister said something about the bread being wrong the lady argued with her about it. The manager was also very rude about it. Saying they can’t change nothing and defending her employee as if she did nothing wrong. I will not ever return to this store again!!

Me and my mom came in there today and the young lady that took care of us seemed irritated by our presence . It was less about what she said and more about the attitude she had when she was speaking to us . You could also tell that there was tension with her co workers . The other two employees were trying to smile and be cheerful but the young lady who waited on us just wasn’t allowing that . I will not be returning to this location again . The food was great but the customer service was horrible

They will rob you blind! I tried to use a coupon that I had used for the exact sandwich at another subway. They refused although I had been holding it where they could see it while I ordered. No allowance was made . Terrible
