My spouse and I have been scoping out the Southbridge and Sturbridge area for retirement planning and have found this little downtown to have just enough variety. This is one of those places. Easy to find, adjoining off street parking and open most days.
We were welcomed as we entered the door and immediately seated. This was a Sat afternoon. Not super busy. The place must be fairly new, or at least everything looks new and modern. It’s definitely clean.
They have various menus depending on the day and time. We came for brunch. The menu isn’t marked for gluten sensitivity but the server helped my navigate the menu and I eas able to make it work. It’s Korean American fusion and it works! The food was really good. I also spotted some drinks that I want to go back to try later in the day.
I noted that the place appeared to be LGBTQ friendly, and had gender neutral bathrooms. Thanks for that! I think this place is more geared to adults, singles and couples alike. Seniors or those with mobility needs will do fine here as well. Kids, not so much. I’m thankful for that too candidly! It’s a great date kind of place.
I found the prices to be surprisingly reasonable given the presentation and quality of ingredients.
Overall, a great find and we’ll be back!

Honest town eats is “honestly” such a little gem of Southbridge! It’s quaint with a chill vibe and lots of plants.. which we loved. I didn’t get to try the ramen due to a soy intolerance but I got a smash burger that hit it out of the park. I’m a sucker for homemade chips so that was a win as well. They had 90s tv on, which as a 90s baby, I was feeling all the nostalgia. I’m picky about my cosmopolitans and the bartender made one that is worth mentioning, both in taste and presentation. We hope to return soon!

Just passing through and found this cutie little new restaurant, with some super cool fusion options! Atmosphere was so hip and cool, and the food was very fresh and delicious. Food wise 5/5. The only part of my experience that was negative was the guy with glasses, he said we couldn’t sit at the window table because it was for four people not two and there was legit only one other couple in there the entire time we were there but sure okay. Also his cologne was so strong I couldn’t even smell the food cooking in the kitchen and will be stuck in my nose indefinitely.

Absolutely outstanding food. I’m not sure if we went at an odd time but there was no line and we were immediately seated and taken care of. Everyone thought their food was amazing. They pulled together all the best parts of the classics and gave them their own flare that makes me want to drive back just for that. I had the breakfast quesadilla and it was perfect. Nothing of what I expected, but everything I needed. This is a must try place! Only critique is it was a bit difficult to eat hot food on a hot day with no AC. But still a great aesthetic. Loved the art, the decor and the tables.

Wow! Very surprised at how good this place was. Ordered the truffle fries and they were out but they brought us regular instead. Who needs the truffle fries as the regular were the best I’ve ever had! The burger was fantastic and my wife’s sandwich was great! Heaven and caden were very attentive and appreciative of our business and genuinely happy to serve us. 5 stars!

When we arrived, we were told to take a sit where we like. The waitress was friendly and attentive. For an appetizer, we had the empandas, and pork belly bites. Both appetizers were great and good flavor profiles. For Entrees we had two Ramen dishes. The both look great. Not your typical Ramen. Very Americanized!!! You do get alot a bang for your buck. I think alot of customers will enjoy it. I just prefer more typical Ramen or Pho.

We recently tried Honest Town Eats at the recommendation from a friend. We were immediately impressed with the trendy vibe & welcoming staff. It has a converted old diner atmosphere with new accents & nice vintage lighting. The menu is eclectic & very authentic which is a nice change from all the run of the mill recipes you can find anywhere else. The calamari is out of this world. The staff is extremely helpful & accommodating with many custom cocktails & craft beer. We were waited on by Jesse & Violet & can’t wait to go back & make our way through the menu. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!!

The entire brunch meal was fantastic- My family of 4 cleaned every single plate sent to the table. The standout for everyone was the deliciously crispy home fries… Whatever their technique, they were on point. (I assume they bake them, rough up the edges and then fry them).
They were busy and understaffed but the waitress still took it upon HERSELF to ask the kitchen if they would make chicken fingers for my clearly disappointed child. That’s the kind of hospitality that gets noticed and keeps people coming back. Well that, and those insanely good home fries

Visiting from out of town, just looking for someplace to eat. We got lucky finding this place. Complimented the waitress on the decor and who is sitting near us but the owner! He did all the construction and decor along with his fiancée. Food was great and so nice to chat with the owner. I hope we get back to Southbridge at some point. Will definitely stop in again.
