I ordered two meals, the person that took my order was very fluent in English, I asked for orange chicken Combo with lo mein, and sesame chicken combo with chicken fried rice add mushroom and to make sure the egg rolls were vegetable ones and no shrimp as there was an allergy. The egg rolls look like spring rolls different than I got last time when I asked for vegetable ones and the orange chicken combo had rice, and the other one the chicken fried rice had weird chicken in it.

Let’s start off my fan. I order food from here all the time the past three times I’ve ordered they can’t get it right not to mention. I ordered the same thing every time the person I speak to Knows fluent English speaks very well was not loud in the building. I had to repeat my order twice to this lady, but that’s OK.
The problem is I ordered chicken wings and french fries also a combo meal, sesame, chicken and pork fried rice when I got my food delivered to me won the chicken wings were burnt. The lady in the background was screaming that she cooked some at a certain degree so they’re fully done I get that but when I tell you, I order chicken wings from here all the time and this is the first time I’ve ever seen a burn like that that Wasn’t acceptable
For two my pork fried rice and sesame chicken wasn’t even what I ordered. The sesame chicken had no sauce on it at all. It’s like they gave me sweet-and-sour chicken and pork fried rice then told me that I wanted sauce on the side so they just put the sauce on the side for me, but I asked for extra sauce on the rice
And for three, my french fries were cold by the time they got to me, but all my other food was hot so that made no sense unless they cook the french fries way early which they should’ve done last being that it only takes a few minutes.
So after tonight, I will no longer be ordering food from this place, which makes me mad because we love their food. So k&q Has our business now
I also explained to the lady that I have no vehicle to bring the food back. They said they have to come and pick the food up. Bring it back and look at it and then they’ll remake it and send it back out again. That makes no sense either.
It was a nice 20 years of business to give to you, but it’s time I go elsewhere

We cannot say enough kind things about Food Chow City. Everytime we order there we have exceptional food, and the people who run the restaurant are incredibly friendly. We are always so happy with their service that is accompanied by a smile. We have been going here for our Chinese food for 5 years now and will continue to support this amazing business they have worked so hard to create. Highly recommend!!

I’m a common customer. The service is wonderful. They always greet us and even when busy they still do their best to get to us in a timely fashion. I feel like the lady at the counter could use more help though. Food is worth the wait. Great job!

I had never in my life have a delivery driver they called her (juju) try to fight me over a tip. This lady is so rude and I tip everyone but not her she has no good customer service skills I had my daughter who is 15 months old with me in my arms and she told me to come outside and fight her over a tip. She banged on my door like the police as she saw me through the window and still banged as loud as she did. I told her don’t bang on my door like that and she said you don’t tip?!? What so your mad because I didn’t tip you? And you want to fight me.
I told the manager about the situation and she hung the phone up on me not once but twice because I called back and I had to go as far as calling the police on her.
This place has no structure what so ever. They lost our business and we order a lot from there

SO YUMMY. Got sesame tofu with rice and spring rolls. The tofu was done soooo well. Went back the next day and got hot and sour soup, also very delicious. Good vegetarian options for sure. Can’t confirm if vegan but def good vegetarian.

I ordered 2 large general tso chicken. With white rice. My son wanted broccoli in his. I like carrots in mine. Plus i ordered 4 teriyaki chicken sticks and they had no teriyaki flavor on it at all. My son worked 12 hrs and was looking forward to it. My chicken was substandard, I have had much better. My son’s chicken was tasteless. This meal was expensive. I called and asked if they would refund me one of the chicken. The answer was no. Lesson learned. I told the lady I won’t be ordering food from them again. I normally go to K & Q. Thought I would try this. K and Q will have my business from now on. Don’t waste your money. Do not recommend.

Cleanest Chinese takeout joint i’ve ever been too – almost spotless inside.
Food has great flavor, always arrives hot, egg rolls and spring rolls have good crisp. Fair portion sizes.
Very friendly owners and staff.
Not sure why this place always gets a bad wrap. I have never had any issues.
