Cashier was nice and food was ok but bathroom porcelain doesn’t appear to have been cleaned in weeks. Deep cake on top of the urinal and in the sink. Makes you wonder what else is out of whack.

discovered its the wrong food in Whitewood, had to drive 20 miles round to get it replaced – manager was quick and friendly, no apology

edit2: The management’s official reply is HR robots telling me to generate adsense revenue for them by visiting their website, also no apology

never eating here again, I hope you go out of business

Burgers are really good. Service doesn’t pay attention. Asked for no onions, got onions and no ketchup. Dry burger at drive-through. Another double berger, sloppy with sauces (but yummy) and not one single napkin!

So I got the brisket sandwich. It is good, needed a little more sauce. Curly fries are best with a side of cheddar cheese. No issues here.

I have contacted the store itself and corporate many times. Nothing gets done. Food is usually good, but online ordering is always experiencing a problem, so you can’t get the mobile deals, the employees won’t correct it.

Cross country car trips always invite unique experiences. But this was like a Twilight Zone episode. Slow-paced and spaced out out employees.. The whole encounter was just weird.

Stopped 2day, even tho they had a sign saying short on help, they were fast and cheerful. An atta boy to the young man working the counter with a really good tan, great job.

If asked, politely refuse to roll forward at the drive through when asked. Check your order and receipt before leaving the window. We ordered two meals, each with a side order of poppers, and were asked to pull forward because the poppers were still in the fryer. When they ran our order out to the car, we noticed there were mozzarella sticks in there we did not order and one order of jalapeno poppers was missing. We immediately parked and ran in to correct this issue and were told that the only remedy was for us to pay for an order of poppers because “we already gave you the mozzarella sticks”. The food was fresh and good, but I definitely will not be leaving the window without being sure my order was correct in the future. This location is also consistently out of something every time I go there.

Stopped in to get food for my 7 year old and my pregnant fiance.
Hit the drive through and waited 5 minutes with no response. Drive around the building and back into the drive through…..again 5 minutes no response.
Mind you, I am the ONLY person here.
I decide to just walk in and order inside. The guy at the counter, Eli, was extremely rude. Told me he refused to make my drinks for my to-go order and then tells me the food is terrible and to not come back…..
The lady with the headset for the drive through told me they can’t help drive through today…. But never once actually said that over the speaker…. Only when I asked.

Highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat. Service sucks. Employment is extremely rude. Food is mediocre at best

I realize in these times that quality help is hard to find. After a 600 mile road trip I planned to have a beef and cheddar but they ran out of beef before 7pm. So I instead ordered a beef brisket and was charged for a beef brisket meal. Well I got back to my motel room and it was a grilled chicken instead. How you confuse chicken with beef is beyond me. I won’t be back!
