We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Came in for a late lunch on a Wednesday. They are located just off Custer south of El Dorado. I was surprised how busy it was for mid week. I had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. One thing I noticed immediately was the amount of take out business they do. Several DoorDash, etc folks waiting to grab food. Service was a bit slow. Seems like the staff have to wait tables, work cashier, and deal with food delivery companies at the same time. They need a dedicated person to work the front and handle take out. I ordered the Farmhouse hash and substituted mushrooms for avocado with two over easy eggs. It comes with some toast and jam. The food was good and portion was adequate. Eggs cooked perfectly. I forgot to take photo before breaking the egg. The toast was nice and thick and the jam provided was very tasty. Nice clean atmosphere inside. Overall, seems to be a good place. If they could just get the wait staff to be able to focus on just the table service it would have rated higher for me. I imagine the weekend brunch is a madhouse. I would for sure try again.

The variety of food styles and flavors is great, ranging from healthy options to less healthy ones. The pancakes, according to the person who had them, were delicious, and my kids really enjoyed the waffles. I tried the roast beef sandwich, but it tasted a bit bitter because of the type of sides it came with. The eggs with potatoes and sausage, in my opinion, were too plain and could use much more flavor.
One thing to note is that my brother ordered a sandwich from the sandwich section but was given a burger, while I got an actual sandwich. It seems a bit unclear whether you’ll get a sandwich or a burger, so it’s better to ask first to avoid surprises—luckily, I did.
The place itself is not very spacious, and I feel the prices are a bit on the high side.

Love first watch & this is my new favorite location ! Excellent staff! They all seem very happy, which isn’t always common. Manager on duty, Steven was incredibly gracious and attentive! Food was fast and delicious!
