I was a consistent multiple time daily customer until today. I’m tired of getting cold coffee. Not warm… Definitely not hot… Cold. And that’s after waiting for a half hour a trip, and still leaving a tip. I really hope we get better service soon. So bad.

There is one blonde girl that would not take my order. She kept asking question after question for half an hour. I asked multiple times for her to please take my order, for anyone to take my order. It was only after she walked away and a nice redheaded lady came up and took my order. Thank you to whoever the redhead was.

It’s Tuesday Dec. 2nd around 9:45 am, now the girls working are our usual girls. There’s three different ones that have been are baristas now for going on a year. We have since moved and still travel back to this Bigby at least once a week because of these girls.They know my order my heart, we always have hilarious banter, playful jokes…and our latest one was just too funny to not share. After my husband orders he uses the windshield washer fluid to wash the windshield and this of course sounds to our coffee gals like he farted. The salt on the windshield created the perfect sound of pooping. Now we have kidded and jokes with these girls like I said for like a year now so they just start laughing and don’t realize the speaker is on, so we start laughing, then they stop abruptly and ask if we heard them laughing and if we sneezed and then we hear fart and we are all just laughing up a storm. What a fun place to come to because of these girls.

This is your standard Biggby shop. The service has sometimes been okay, other times meh. A couple of months ago they wouldn’t let me use a coupon I had because my friend had used one for herself (we rode together but had separate orders). They claimed it was one per vehicle and rejected it again after showing the coupon that clearly stated it was per order. So, in order to claim it. I had to cancel my order, walk inside from the drive thru, reorder inside THEN I got my coupon and the barista was not nice about it…looking back it’s humorous but it felt stupid

Probably some of the rudest most snobby arrogant staff I’ve ever experienced in a coffee shop… the ladies that work there don’t seem to know proper etiquette like a simple you are welcome.. very entitled and disrespectful for your consumers

Most everyone here is super kind and great service. There are just a couple that need better customer service skills. The entire morning crew is fabulous!!!! I personally do not like the espresso here, but I do drink the brewed coffee and the non-espresso drinks.

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful! I’ve had minimal issues with mistakes, and I like complicated things. Coffee is delicious, tea lattes are even better. Bragels are the best sandwiches!

The staff was awesome. The coffee not so much. Not terrible but left an after taste that wouldn’t go away. I got a hot white chocolate with french vanilla and the feel and taste after I swallow. I didn’t finish the $5 (green size) and won’t do it again. Thanks but no thanks.
