We ordered pizza and when it arrived, we realized our topping was left off the pizza. We called and spoke to Steve, who sent out another pizza immediately, and included a free 2 liter bottle of soda. Steve was extremely accommodating and took care of the problem quickly and graciously. Thank you Steve!!! Highly recommend this Papa Johns establishment.

We ordered through the app tonight. It was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. It was dry because it barely had any sauce and tasted like I was eating Parmesan cheese out of the jar. Will not be ordering from here again.

I always come here someone messed up the order leaving of my jalapeños which ruined the order ,I call the store spoke to the manager explained what happened e immediately was enforcing the stores policy and he would not listen to how I felt and how disappointed my guests were so here is a pic of the pizza without the jalapeños, make sure you guys check your order. Make sure all the orders are on the pizza before you leave the store.

I checked my order before contacting here. We received 2 pepperoni sausage pizza instead of 1 plain. Was told by the assistant manager that I have to contact door dash but kept telling me the order is correct. I was willing to bring the pie there to get the correct one and he had a I dont care attitude and stayed quiet.

I usually get delivery button occasion i do a pick up and always had a good experience with drivers and staff. get the garlic parm bread stick, they will not disappoint!!!!
