I’ve never had a single problem ordering from here. I just used the app and thought I had clicked the pay with cash option and had to call them to realize I did pay with card through an automatic entry. The young lady that answered the phone was very helpful, going back and forth talking to her manager while they made my food. She had excellent patience and the manager did a good job by letting her figure it out amd take care of the situation. Great job team!!

I opened the box and checked out my pizza before I left. 2 large slices were upside down. Pizza had triple amount of sauce. I ordered the thin and crispy crust and when I questioned the crust I was told it was fine. So much for the customer guarantee. Nobody asked if I’d like it remade. Just told me it made. Worst pizza ever. I ended up taking it home and reheating it trying to finish cooking it. Ended up throwing it away.
I’ve always liked their pizza until now. Poor quality, bad attitude. Ended up making a Totino’s frozen pizza. It was much better.

Update – the manager of this location is terribly rude – instead of helping me with the issue at hand he told me he was very thankful I wrote a review before giving the location a chance to correct my order – also he scolded me for not eating the pizza until later at night (before the store closed) Ridiculous joke in the name of customer service.
We ordered a large hand tossed 4 topping pizza and pasta, the pasta was fine, but there was surely something wrong with the crust of the pizza, as you can see in the images, it was as thin as a thin crust pizza would be 🙁 unfortunately we got to eating the pizza after the store had closed so I could not contact them about it. I’m really disappointed, I let it slide when my lava cakes were deflated and wonky last time I ordered from this location but I would appreciate if the store could do something about this order.
