Just a bunch of kids, piddling around with their thumbs in their tacos. Haven’t really had a bad or good experience with them before, just neutral visits. But this time, boy were they on it.
Made a mobile order, drive up and the window girl is slightly rude but just in the manner of “I don’t want to be at work”, so it’s whatever. We get our food, drive home, and realize they forgot some of our order. I go back up there only to be met with the same somewhat rude attitude, like them forgetting my order was my fault. They give me my luke warm order that had probably been sitting on the counter for several minutes.
I head back home and FINALLY begin to eat my meal. But wait! There’s an EXTREMELY LONG HAIR IN MY TACO! AND THEN, everything I ordered, I added onions..guess how much of my order contained onions? None of it.
Fantastic work you guys *said sarcastically*
Management needs to make sure these kids are working, not just standing around talking, and actually paying attention to these orders.

Oh my goodness, let me tell you, customer service and food was Awesome and Fresh! Drinks were not flat at all! We ENJOYED the food and laughter UNTIL two ladies and two gentlemen brought a Husky Dog within the fast food spot, not to mentioned a guy walked the dog into the ladies restroom with with the ladies (thank goodness I went before hand)…so I asked for a to-go bag (not a doggy bag ) for the rest of my meal; told the young, the food was Outstanding but I see animals on the premises (it was Not a service dog either)! ♀️

The food was outstanding. The customer service was also outstanding. The quality and quantity of the food was outstanding. I live in Millbrook Alabama we have a relatively new Taco Bell they were very good at first then went down hill quickly. The food and service surpasses all of the ones from Millbrook through Montgomery areas. Thank you for your continued dedication to the art of customer service and food service. You’re the best!

I don’t eat Taco Bell very often but I was craving tacos. I saw they now have a cantina chicken chalupa and wanted to try it, I ordered online and went through the drive-thru to pick up. I could barely hear the lady at the window. The food smelled really good but when I opened up the chalupas to find that there was barely any chicken just tortilla, onions, and sauce. I was so disappointed with this. The portion was too small for the price I paid. Very disappointing what’s going on with these restaurants. All the prices are going up but the quality and portion sizes are going down.

This place is absolutely terrible. The employees appear as if they have no clue what they are doing. The orders take WAY to long for a “fast food establishment.” And lastly, even when you tell them 5 times what you want, they somehow, for some reason, still manage to fail to properly make the order. This is the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. It’s such a bad place, I would never enter a taco bell again.
