My original visit was at 7:13pm this evening 3/2/2026.. I came back because one of my sandwiches were made in-correctly. It also wasn’t rang in correctly as well. Both sandwiches were supposed to be the same!!! I asked for both of my sandwiches to have ketchup, mayo and tomato on both sandwiches! I came back at 7:41pm THIS EVENING 3/2/2026 and asked for my one incorrect sandwich to be remade the way I asked it too. IT WAS RE-MADE the exact same incorrect way . The manager I spoke to over the phone and that’s on duty was Haley she was wearing an orange collar button up shirt.

Absolutely disgusted! My daughter came in to eat a quick lunch before shopping. I placed my order at the kiosk. I went to the counter to get my cup. I saw the fry cook eat fries, then continue to make fries. No hand washing in between. Absolutely gross. Then my daughter asked for a lemonade refill. The charges her $3.00 for a new cup. What the hell happened to McDonald’s.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location. Overall, the place is clean and inviting. On this visit, I only ordered a coffee. It was a little cold. It seems like it was the last of the pot. To improve, they should just ensure the coffee is served hot.
Other than that, it’s a decent location to visit.

For $5, I get a tiny dried out nasty chicken patty, no lettuce, no tomato. My spouses order is not correct either. The fries, which are priced higher than an entire bag of frozen French fries, are pure rubber
I’m very tempted to do a charge back on my card because this is unacceptable time and again. If you’re going to charge sit down restaurant prices, then you need some quality to go with it, otherwise your business model will fail. Totally unacceptable!

Terrible experienced there, went to get my wife a large fry no salt and when I got home the fry was less then half empty. I called the number to the store and the number is not in service. Who ever is running the 2nd shift is doing a terrible job.
