He literally had one simple job and couldn’t get it right on the first or second attempt! This location is less than five minutes from my house but I will never go there again. Every time I go they overcook my simple cheese pizza. Tonight’s was the worst my crust was so hard it was like eating dry crackers and those were center pieces. I requested to have my pizza remade and the second time was no better than the first. Always follow your first mind and mine was to just ask for a refund after the first overcooked pizza.

I can’t tell you how hard it is to feed an autistic kid, and the way you present your food did not make it any easier for me. My son is very pickey and most dominos serve their pizza very presentable and good but you are the only place closest to my home and you always make my pizza wrong even though I probably have bought over 100 pizzas from you guys, cause my son will only eat pizza for dinner. At this point I feel like you guys do this on purpose with my food because I complain! But the only reason I complain is because I struggle with my son if his food is not right he won’t eat it. Then I have to throw it away. I ordered two pizzas today they are both over cooked very hard crust and cut wrong one pizza slice is the size of a cookie while the other slice is the size of a 6” sub, ridiculous! You obviously don’t want my service, I realize that now. You have won, I will never go back and buy pizza from you guys I will drive farther and find a better Domino’s.

I’d give fewer stars if the pizza and bread bites weren’t good. Chicken barely has any sauce, not fully coated. The worst is paying $8 for 1/4” of “dip” in the pan. Pic shows exactly what was received just with a stir to mix it “all”. This is a sad excuse for money/product. Keep giving them a chance due to location, but we will pay more for quality and volume elsewhere.

I placed a pickup order for a large thin crust pizza, but when I arrived, the store had prepared a hand-tossed/pan pizza instead.
I immediately informed the staff that the order was incorrect. Instead of correcting the mistake politely, the staff member was rude and told me that if I wanted the thin crust pizza I originally ordered, I would have to wait another 15 minutes and pay for both pizzas.
I was in a hurry and did not want to create a scene over a store error, so I took the incorrect pizza and left.
Errors can happen, but poor attitude and asking a customer to pay for a mistake made by the store is unacceptable. I hope Domino’s management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action.

I ordered cinnamon twist and the order was delivered but had what seemed like Thai chili sauce on it. I called the restaurant to ask about the spice and the person on the phone was laughing as she explained it to the manager. They then stated they would send a new order to me but wanted to charge $7. She eventually waived the fee and the new order was delivered. Looking at the new order it’s assumed that they thought the cinnamon was spicy because these weren’t as seasoned like the others. And once I got off of the phone with the store I bit into the pizza and it was cold. I appreciate the new cinnamon twist but I will not be ordered from there again.

Sent my teen to get the pizza that the tracker said was done and read. Yet it definitely wasn’t. Took 10 more mins and they asked again if it was ready. Online order was put in at 5:29 and at 5:58 it’s still not ready. It’s 1pizza. Many workers behind the counter. No one in the waiting area but my kids.

Ordered 3 large pizza and had asked for parmigiana cheese and paper plates. The rude guy at the counter gave me 3 packages, no plates and told me I could only have 3 cheese package for each box. Also, said they don’t supply paper plates. Horrible service. These are the packets I was only allowed to have.

Absolutely worst experience. My pizza was ready but staff claimed it wasn’t—only to find it 20 minutes later sitting cold on the top shelf. No proper checks, no apology, just wasted time and a cold meal.

We order from this location often and it’s normally OK at best. However, 12/10/22 we ordered about 5 pizzas for a party. 3 out of the 5 pizzas were “ok”. 2 of the pizzas were crushed and all of the toppings melted to the top of the crushed box. I felt so embarrassed even serving them to our guests!

Sunday, March 9th, 7:15ish. Never ordered from here, but it was on my way home so we gave it a shot. My wife and I have had Domino’s many times, so we know what to expect. However, I did not expect the breath of fresh air working the front counter! I did not get her name, but she should create her own YouTube channel for customer service! She greeted me the second I walked in, made me excited that I had an order to pick up, and was appreciative of me for coming in. This location is now top of mind for pizza night thanks to the wonderful spirit of this awesome lady! Do not let her get away!
