No gluten-free bagel, but pumpernickle. Floor was dirty, but tables clean. Very friendly staff. Different condiments on bagels made it very tasty. Had a breakfast bagel minus the bacon. Coffee good also. Great job folks.

I don’t know what happened to this location, but it has turned in to a complete dive. There used to be a great store manager and team of employees here, and the tables and booths were always full of people. Groups of runners and bikers would meet up and sit on the benches outside. In the past five or so years, it’s now desolate and dirty, and there are never more than two random employees there to do everything, so it’s dirty and the service and food are no longer up to par – especially with all the nearby competitors.

Stopped in today to pick up a couple orders, the guy working was obviously in a bad mood aggressive towards his co worker as well the customer because in his words”we are just really busy”

This Bruegger’s location continues to disappoint. I wasn’t able to get a whole dozen Pumpernickel bagels last weekend, so I tried coming in at opening this weekend. And guess what, they didn’t have a dozen pumpernickel bagels even at openingvvThey never seem to have a very good assortment of bagels. I was given the option of taking another type of bagel and I happen to choose whole wheat. They consider whole wheat a premium product so they charged me $.20 extra for each one even though only one of them was part of the original dozen and the other was the 13th that you get as part of a bakers dozen.

No indoor seating…that is pretty awful as it’s end of 2023 and no reason to have the seating removed.
I ordered multiple bagels and sandwiches and all were smashed. Nothing was on these, they were in the top of my bag from the staff…Seems like a lot of reviews not similar issues. Seems like something changed.

Update Jan 2024: We were given a gift card for here. I remember the bagels used to be so chewy and good. Now, they’re flat and like cardboard. Hardly rising when baked. See photos below.
Quality and consistency of bagels have gone down over the past year or so. I still go from time to time, but the icing on the cake was this past Sunday. I placed a mobile order on Sunday May 14th. Drove to Bruegger’s only to find that the store was locked and closed. Note on the door about a delivery issue, and out of bagels. Unable to contact store for a refund, have to fill out an online form. They should have the ability to shut off online ordering.
Edit 5/23/23: Closed again this past Sunday at 12:15PM. My wife put in an order online, and yet again it went through, but the door is locked.

I have a recurring order every Friday for our business. The last month or so every delivery is delayed over an hour and not the right order. If we happen to get the right order, our bagels are ice cold and rock hard. I can’t believe I keep getting charged for this garbage. I will be giving your establishment one more chance before canceling your service.

Bruegger’s bagels is the worst establishment in Brecksville. It has gone down hill in recent years. The staff is awful and not friendly, their inventory is never full and they constantly get orders wrong. Today I was charged extra for a type of bagel I didn’t even order. They were also out of plain bagels. How is a bagel store out of plain bagels?
I wish there was another bagel store in the area because, unfortunately, Bruegger’s isn’t it any more.
