If, like me, you don’t care for thin crust pizza, the salads and cheesy garlic bread are generous and delicious. My mom enjoys the spaghetti, too.
Service was wonderful and they even helped carry our order to the car.

When you order a BLT, you expect to get more than a side of bacon. The sandwich cost almost 10.00. Bacon is 5.00 a pound. I would expect to get more than 3 small thin pieces of bacon. This is terrible.

Don’t order wings if you expect to get a mix of drums and flats. You will only get drums. When I called to alert management of my disappointment that both order only contained drums, they said that’s all they have and they can’t do anything about it. Not a sorry or and offer to make it right the next time. Very bummed because we drive out of our way to come to this Imos, because it has always been the best, even though there are two locations closer. Please do better Imos.

CHECK YOUR FOOD FIRST!!! This is the 3rd time my order has been either wrong or burnt in the last 5 months! We cannot eat it. My kids knocked on the back of it like it was a door!

Imos in Columbia IL from my sister’s experience her pizza looked like someone dropped it and gave it to them..the manager blamed them and did not believe them. They gave them a hard time getting a refund.

Not bad, but not as good as it used to be. New owners took out the beer, so not much reason to dine in now. In fact, the place has lost its dine-in atmosphere. My last pizza wasn’t very crispy, and one of the toasted ravs had gristle in it. For carryout Imo’s, it’s much better to drive to the Cahokia location. My pizzas there have always been perfectly crispy.
